We are located close to the pool in the Prominence Community on 30A located between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. A premium corner location near the pool, awaits you at Prominence North directly across from The Hub/Big Chill. This is a NO SMOKING/NO VAPING property. NO PETS or animals of any kind allowed.

Prominence is a 30A Hot-spot, and offers a number of stunning amenities that includes a huge resort style 5,000 sq. ft. pool (heated March/April/October/November) with water features, cabanas surrounding the poolside.

The HUB (BIG CHILL) offers something for everyone of all ages and tastes, from tacos and cocktails, to wings, BBQ, burgers and shakes, ice cream, candy store, great shopping, general store, coffee shop, wine shop, family activities and movie nights comes with outdoor entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
We furnish a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Small dishwasher soap, small dish soap, trash bags-2, small washing machine powder, liquid hand soap in bathrooms, kitchen sponge, each bathroom has one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.

BEACH ACCESS TO THE WEST:

DEER LAKE STATE PARK- DEER LAKE IS THE MOST POPULAR AND THE CLOSEST BEACH ACCESS TO PROMINENCE AND IS LOCATED .5 MILES AWAY. WHILE IT IS POPULAR, THERE ARE A FEW THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND: THERE IS A SMALL PARKING AREA AT THE ACCESS (APROX. $3 FOR PARKING PASS IS GOOD FOR ALL DAY) BATHROOMS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE AT THE ACCESS. THE WALK FROM PARKING AREA TO THE BEACH IS A BIT LONGER THAN MOST AREA ACCESS, STUNNING SPOT. IMPORTANT - BECAUSE THIS IS A STATE PARK, AND NOT A WALTON COUNTY BEACH ACCESS, ALCOHOL IS NOT ALLOWED. BEACH SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS LOCATION.

WALTON DUNES: WALTON DUNES IS ABOUT 2 MILES TO THE WEST AT THE END OF BEACHFRONT TRAIL. THIS IS A WALTON COUNTY BEACH ACCESS WITH PARKING AND SHORT DISTANCE TO THE BEACH.

SANTA CLARA: SANTA CLARA IS A WALTON COUNTY BEACH ACCESS LOCATED NEAR BRAMBLE GROVE ROAD, ABOUT 3.5 MILES TO THE WEST OF PROMINENCE. THIS IS A SCHEDULED STOP FOR THE PROMINENCE FREE BEACH SHUTTLE. PARKING AND BATHROOMS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE AT THE SANTA CLARA ACCESS. IF YOU TAKE THE PROMINENCE SHUTTLE, PLEASE NOTE THAT THE HOURS OF OPERATION ARE 9 AM TO 3 PM.

BEACH ACCESS TO THE EAST: (NO GOLF CARTS ALLOWED AT THIS LOCATION)
GULF LAKES: THE GULF LAKES ACCESS IS A WALTON COUNTY BEACH ACCESS LOCATED ABOUT .5 MILES TO THE EAST OF PROMINENCE. THIS IS A SMALL ACCESS AND CAN BE EASILY MISSED. PARKING IS NOT AVAILABLE AND THEY TICKET GOLF CARTS/NOT ALLOWED, BUT MAKES FOR A GREAT BIKE RIDE TO THE BEACH.

SEA BREEZE: SEA BREEZE IS A WALTON COUNTY BEACH ACCESS THAT IS JUST PAST THE GULF LAKES ACCESS. PARKING AND BATHROOMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THE ACCESS, HOWEVER, THERE IS A SHOWER. (NO GOLF CARTS ALLOWED)

    Beautiful home and neighborhood. Pool was great. Enjoyed the availability of the golf cart to go to the beach. The closeness of The Big Chill and its variety of food and shops was an added attraction. The home was the perfect size for our family of three. Communication with the owner was fantastic as she answered my many questions regarding the size of the garage (we were traveling via motorcycle as well as vehicle and wanted to ensure garage parking would be available for the bike). Beautiful home for our vacation.

    This was the perfect location for our family. We were able to visit Seaside, Rosemary Beach, and the little towns in between with ease! It was conveniently located across the street from the Big Chill where we ate a few times. The home was the perfect size for our family of 4. My kids loved the golf cart and their car seats easily fit. Beach access was close and we could take the golf cart. The home even had a bag of beach toys for the kids! They did have beach chairs at the house, but we utilized the chair/umbrella service at the access point we used. Everything was clean and comfortable and I would definitely stay here again!

    We had a great time in Vicki's condo and it was well equipped and clean. We loved using the golf cart to explore the area. Our teenage daughter loved hanging out at the Big Chill across the street. Great location!

    We had the absolute best time staying on 30A, will definitely be back!! The townhouse was perfect for our family of 5. Very clean, had everything we needed and Vicki was very quick to respond if we needed to get in touch with her. Townhome was is a perfect location, short golf cart or vehicle drive to the beach or walk across the street to eat/shop and be entertained at the Big Chill! Pool was great for the kids and the community grill was great to have.

    Our family of four had a great time staying at this prominence property. The unit itself was immaculate and exactly as described in the listing. It was well stocked, had everything we needed, and everything was intuitively placed inside. The golf cart gave us easy access to Close by beach access, and to shops a little further away. The hub across the street had great restaurants and a coffee shop and we found that we had everything we needed within steps to the unit. We’re looking forward to returning!

    We had a very nice, fairly quick stay at Prominence across from the street from Big Chill. The condo was great for our family of three with two bedrooms (with king beds) and two bathrooms It was very clean, with modern amenities and everything functioned properly. This was our first 30A stay at a place without direct beach access on property, but the golf cart and very short drive to Deer Creek Park made it very easy. had friends stay at the exact same unit design two buildings over

    This was our first time to 30A and staying here was so nice. Being between Alys and Seaside made it easy to get to the different areas. We also loved the golf cart and the ease of beach access of Deer Lake State Park. Vicki had a very well stocked house that we didn’t have to worry about bringing anything but our clothes and snacks!
