**The Lagoon Pool will be resurfaced. This project will take approximately 4 weeks. Start date on this process is Monday, Oct 27th, 2025. The pool deck will be closed during this time as well due to the safety hazards during this project. We anticipate opening the complex on Monday, November 24th, 2025. During this time, our Neighbors at the Village of South Walton will be allowing the use of our wristbands at their pool complex. **


*Parking passes will be provided equally to the number of bedrooms in the home. Not all parking spots are located directly by the home. Additional passes may be purchased for $50 each. Wristbands are required for use of the Seacrest Beach amenities and are limited to the maximum occupancy of the home.*

Enjoy walking and biking everywhere around Rosemary, Seacrest, and Alys. Don't miss the newly opened 30Avenue for even more dining and shopping options. 30Avenue is just north of Rosemary across Hwy 98, near both Shades Sports Bar and The Donut Hole.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

    Booked this house bc of proximity to the beach, restaurants, 6 included bikes, and beds for everyone for our annual girls beach trip. Sadly for me, I had a severe back injury and wasn’t able to go, but the other girls still went.Unfortunately, the house was NOT as expected and the girls ended up having to move. This is what they experienced:Strong musty smell throughout house. Visible mold on ceiling in third floor bathroom. Condensation and mold around vent in master bath on ceiling. Oven stays warm even when off and doesn’t fully close so it takes forever to cook and the oven light is always on since the door doesn’t close. Security alarm repeatedly went off around 4am. Water spots on ceiling in living room. Lamp shade acts as a light fixture. It’s a shade sitting on an end table. Front porch area has a strong cat poop/pee smell.The home feels neglected. Mgmt offered to have someone come and take care of these things but we were on vacation and didn’t want workers in and out during our stay. I did allow someone to come over because they would not consider moving us unless someone came to check things out. The lady that came was very sweet but told me she had no sense of smell so couldn’t smell anything. She didn’t come with tools or anything to work on the issues, so nothing was done. Management was unwilling to move us despite repeated requests. After sending pics of the mold, they agreed to a partial refund and we left. I would not recommend this property.
