Botanical Retreat: King Comfort & Poolside Peace

Only issue I had with property was couch was very uncomfortable and no recliner or other chair..owner very responsive and apt was very clean

Pool was out of service due to repairs... No hot tub.

The owner is wonderful to work with -- very kind and responsive. The apartment is older but was clean. We stayed 9 nights to visit with our daughter, and there was limited kitchen utensils, towels, kitchen towels for such a long stay. For a weekend, it would have been fine. There is limited sitting for comfort. No table or desk area. Couch is uncomfortable. A good price for a long stay in a good area.

This little apartment is perfect for a Gator football weekend. It is conveniently located in Gainesville to food, drinks and UF (not walking distance, but easy drive to everything). This is a ground floor updated one bedroom apartment is outfitted with everything you need for a short stay. There is in-unit laundry, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare small meals and the king bed was comfy. Parking was right outside the unit. Samuel was quick to respond to our questions and super helpful.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks while visiting family. Quiet, clean, and the host answered all communications immediately. Host also graciously said I didn't need to do anything for checkout! Due to winter weather, we didn't use the pool like we were hoping to, so I can't review that. But the kitchen, in-unit laundrey, and bath, though a bit dated, were very clean and had basic cooking items in good shape. Altogether a very low-key, clean, fun, easy place to stay.

Came up to visit our daughter on family weekend. We were originally a little hesitant to stay here because we like walking everywhere. It turns out it’s not that far away. We walked the 3 miles to the football game and it was a nice easy walk. Uber back was fast and easy. It’s a smaller one bedroom condo but plenty of room for us. Bathroom was good size with lots of counter space (per my wife). Check in was easy and communication with owner was great excellent. Many good restaurants within a couple minute drive. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was perfect for a UF game weekend. Didn’t see any of the property facilities. But the room is perfect for 2 or 3. Would definitely book again.

From initial contact to the end Mr. Garcia was always in contact. Excellent communication, instructions, directions and suggestions. The property is well maintained and located within minutes of everything you need. The apartment is very cozy, immaculately clean with beautiful decor and completely stocked. We had an excellent stay, will return and would definitely recommend.

Stayed here for a week in between apartment move out/move in for my adult son. The apartment was in a central location to UF and Archer Road shops and restaurants. As for a recommendation, my son said “I could be happy living here”.

Very clean, very easy comfortable stay. We would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for affordable clean summer vacation housing. The host was amazing with promptness of our communication... we will absolutely stay here again.
