The main floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, crib and toddler equipment, the other with a full. The oceanfront yard is fenced in with a sand box to allow for children to play and to accommodate those special family pet members that do not want to be left behind. The oceanfront yard is not accessible from the main living balcony - you must walk through the garage to access. The fire pit is unfortunately unavailable for guest use due to insurance/liability restrictions. brThe entire front and rear yards are lit during the night with LED lighting to enjoy the beautiful variety of palms and landscaping that surround the property. An egg style grill allows for family BBQs and entertaining. Vacant land is located north side of the property giving you privacy and seclusion from that side.
