Great Location, condo was clean upon our arrival. However, the most uncomfortable living room furniture. Couch was a pullout, we had to get the extra pillows from bedroom to sit on. The chase lounge was more comfortable, if you like to lounge. Most definitely need to update furniture, it was horrible!! 14 or 16 inch tv, you can do better. I know I wasn't at the beach to watch tv, but in the evenings you enjoy watching tv, after a busy day. The dinning table, the look is not good. It's all chipped up, also only 1pot. Please consider upgrading pots and pans, and silverware. While we enjoyed our time, I would not consider renting this condo again.

Had a great time at the beach. Condo was great…was just what the doctor ordered. One suggestion….probably need to restock the cabinets with a few more items…pitcher…more pans and cooking utensils…etc. Other than that…it was perfect for our needs! Thanks for a great stay!

Enjoyed my stay there very much. Clean, bright and a great location. Would stay again without hesitation. Nothing fancy, just a nice beach getaway place. Pool was clean and in great condition.

This was a perfect little weekend getaway. The condo is an end unit with lots of privacy, very clean and bed was comfortable. There are no ceiling fans but there is 1 box fan. Overall the condo was perfect for me but could use some upgrades. A very much needed relaxing stay.

The good. Lots of beach towels and has a beach chair and umbrella. Bad- 4 giant well established wasp nests I had to handle myself armed with a broom. Mgmt company obviously had not checked porch. Many stings. Filthy screens, no vacuum, no cleaning agents- I spent considerable time 3 days cleaning as we were staying 3 weeks. No blender, all pans are teflon. I did leave some laundry soap for next tennant. I did have to call to request sheets for the pull out couch. There were none at arrival- so it takes time to get that. Glass table- without windex- somewhat irritating. No dedicated work space- they could use a place to hang keys or coat. No hangers- so I had to buy some that I left there for next renter. I bought trash cans for the bathroom and bedroom. It was not the best use of space. It has pote tial- it is just obvious that the owner and or mgmt company personnel has never stayed or occupied this condo- it is just sparse. The pull out couch sags terribly in the center so much so that it is more comfortable to sleep on the floor on the couch matress vs the blown out supports on pull out couch. I felt hesitant to post this, but, out of courtesy of next tennant unless improvements have been made. All of the photos I have submitted to property mgmt company to give them a chance to fix and post new photos of their improvements.
