Amelia Island was such a pretty place to visit. There is so much to do, from great restaurants, ample beaches to visit, shopping, bike riding, the list goes on. Our stay in our condo was a great place to land in the evening and wake up to each morning. Walking into the condo, we literally gasped, the view is amazing. The beds are comfortable and the rest of the condo is a great place to escape to. Thanks so much!

Sooooo if I could live here I would!!! I researched condos in the area and culled them down to 15 choices. This one kept taking the lead. And I’m glad we booked it! It was incredible!!!! Absolutely the best view, comfort, and LOVED it being an end unit. Elevator with luggage and grocery carts made a nice impact for being on the 6th floor!! It had everything!! (Except a pizza pan.. which we laughed about.) Don’t be discouraged when you discover no shade/curtain for big sliding glass doors. It’s so private and the sun shining through lasts about an hour. It was a welcoming hour of sunshine! Perfect for sipping coffee. We will book here again and again! Thank you!!

Everything was great at the property. Kitchen was well equipped, beds comfortable, views spectacular! we would definitely stay here again.

Beach view was spectacular. Didn't use the pool.

Excellent. The only problem we had was it sometimes took several attempts entering the door code before unlocking, so may need to check that out but other than that everything was Excellent!!! Stayed September 9-14-2025

Our first time staying at Amelia South! And M6 did not disappoint!! The Condo was perfect, clean, cozy with an amazing view. Easy access to pool and beach. Will definitely stay here again and hopefully M6 will be available. Also Stay Better Vacations were awesome with emails for info for us and quick to respond when needed. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Amelia South unit M6 was very clean, well-maintained, and well-stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Amelia Island (Fernandina Beach)! Beautiful location! We hope to come back!

The place is a great place to stay. Stay Better Vacations are the only way we will ever book. The staff is absolutely the best. We will definitely use them again. In this unit everything was really nice. Would suggest that owner would provide 4 towels in each bathroom when 4 adults are staying. Much cheaper then us using the washer and dryer each day. Overall the place is very nice.

Amazing view, very clean, comfortable furniture, good water pressure and hot water, loved the option of keeping the sliding glass door/front screen door open as long as the a/c was cut off during those times, plenty of dishes/pots/pans in kitchen, dishwasher/washer/dryer work great, bathrooms are on the small side but sufficient, loved the extra natural light from being an end unit, quiet community.

We were very pleased with our unit! It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, everything worked as one would expect, and the beach view was wonderful. Being an end unit, we had a bonus view up the beach from the dining table!

Trash cans in kitchen were full upon arrival and needed to be emptied. Shower and bath tubs both needed to be cleaned. Outside of these, the condo was clean and organized.

The condo was beautiful and so clean. The views were breathtaking. Very close to everything we needed. Check in and out was smooth. AC worked great and the water pressure for showers was strong, which those details were very important to us. My only qualm (not even a complaint) was I wish there would have been a couple more sets of bath towels and wash rags. We would all definitely stay here again!

Condo was exactly as described and clean! Kitchen was stocked with pans, plates, utensils but has zero basics. No cooking spray, foil, salt or pepper, only one serving of coffee. They did bring salt/ pepper after asking but everything I cooked stuck and was a pain to clean with one sponge. The bed frame broke but they were able to replace it that day which was helpful. If you have young kids note there was nothing to play with at the beach. We left some buckets and shovels and a float I hope they keep for the next family. We ended up renting a car to purchase these items but first day was sad for the kiddos.

First visit to Amelia Island and we had a great time. Nice condo/location. Cleanliness and communication are our top priorities and both were met.
