Stayed Jun 1, 2024We liked the zero entry to the beach and easy access. All one level-easy load in and out. Wish that the room with the one queen bed had a king bed instead.

Stayed Apr 13, 2024Great spot on the beach. All one level which worked really well for us. Kitchen could use some updated pans and skillets but otherwise everything was great. Doors are a bit odd and did get stuck on multiple occasions. If you have little kids I'd suggest not latching them so you don't run into any issues. Concrete patio on beach was fun for quick pickle ball games.

Stayed Jul 30, 2023Have rented this house numerous times. It offers a unique look into old Fernandina; and with beach steps from the house works well with children not having to cross busy road.

Stayed Sep 8, 2020Had a great time! Very comfy! Right on the beach, just as described. Plenty of pots, pans and bowls, cookware. Everything needed for cooking. Great location. Things that could be improved on... the front door was hard to unlock, I really didn’t care for the doors in the house. Can get locked in bathrooms, because of the very old style doors. Luckily none of us had it happen. I just didn’t close the door all the way in the master bth rm. The A/C couldn’t keep up, but we were comfortable enough. The house could use some new linens. Towels were fine, but the sheets were old and bumpy. Felt like sand but it wasn’t. Overall, our favorite place in Fernandina!
