Like most condo's on Amelia Island this condo is not directly on the beach but it it is only a 6 min walk (0.3 miles) to the beach. We are on the highly sought after Southside of the island between the Ritz and Omni. The path to the beach is canopied with big, beautiful trees and is shady. You can walk to the beach or take the golf cart to the edge of the wooden walk way. We have a very quiet, peaceful community. Our large community pool is right outside the condo and is seldom crowded. brbrRight outside our condo you have easy access to walk or bike to The Plantation for a bite or shopping. There are a total 6 bedrooms on 3 different levels totaling over 3600 square feet of heated/cooled living space, as well as, two decks/balconies and a separate, large, two car garage building.brThis property is even more amazing than it appears in the photos - it is available for viewing before you rent by contacting us.brbr The first floor boast a theater room with a Samsung 82 inch 4K high definition TV, six power theater chairs, and a queen sleeper sofa - great for those occasional rainy days! There are two bedrooms on the first floor. Bedroom # 1 has 4 full size (not twin size) bunk beds with 1 pull out trundle bed which can easily sleep 5 adults - a great room for kids. The 3rd floor private balcony is accessible only from the master bedroom.brbr The property is available for weekly rental throughout the year. It is available for long term rental during the off season from January through April.brbr As mentioned, the home is located on the beach in the more desirable central area of Fletcher Avenue.
