Great space for our extended family to stay while in Florida for a wedding!

Everything was perfect

Host was welcoming and responsive. Large house with spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoyed our visit. Property manager was accommodating to our request for a card table. When we arrived at the property, it had been unseasonably cold. As a result the hot water pipe in the outdoor shower had burst,leaving 2 floors of the home without hot water and the heat was not working. Property manager was quick to get them resolved late that same evening, which was appreciated. There are some remaining issues with the house that need to be addressed. Property management has been made aware and will address the issues.

The beach view was beautiful. The house was really spacious for our family Christmas celebration. Really close to delicious restaurants.

The house was perfect for our family. We felt comfortable the second we walked into the house. There were plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils we needed to have a great Thanksgiving. The communication between Stan, Crystal and myself was outstanding. The deck was perfect to enjoy that fabulous view.

Everything from the check in process, the kindness of the host, the house itsself, etc.. was amazing! We had the best vacation!

The property was perfect for our family. Everyone had their space and the deck overlooking the Atlantic was a wonderful gathering place.

The location of the home is stellar, on the best part of the beach, close to restaurants and easy to get to charming historic downtown.The house had everything our family needed included beach chairs, toys for the kids, kitchen was very well stocked and the kiddos enjoyed the theater room!

We spent a lot of time enjoying the back deck. The house was very accommodating for our extended family. The house has plenty of parking and provided enough seating for a proper family dinner.

I booked this trip with my extended family. It was my sister-in-law’s first trip ever to a beach. It was my mother and my cousin’s boyfriend’s first real beach vacation. My dad is someone who has said he isn’t much of a beach person.I share all of this because everyone loved their stay, they loved Fernandina Beach, and they loved Amelia island. My mom said it was the most relaxing week of her life. My dad said he’d come back and stay in this house again because he liked the location so much. Highly recommend!

The house is right on the beach with beautiful views. There is plenty of parking. It is within walking distance of several restaurants, shops and stores. The neighbor is quiet. Very easy to communicate with the owner. Definitely recommend checking this house out. Be sure to also check out Sliders Restaurant right near by.

Great property and location. There were many useful appliances for the kitchen. We loved the ice maker. I did not communicate with the host so could not properly score that field. All three boogie boards were broken upon our arrival. That was not a problem due to our not allowing the children to go too deeply into the water for fear of riptides. The grounds have not been mowed in some time and the floors were sandy upon arrival. We still had a great time. Thanks,

Great for large groups. On a beautiful part of the beach.

House has everything you need in kitchen and a beautiful view of ocean. Great location, close walk to the beach restaurant and bar. Lots of room for a large group! House was clean when we arrived. They also have a ton of chairs, several umbrellas, beach towels and boogie boards.

Perfect for large families. Location may be the best on the beach. The beach itself is great with plenty of sand during high tide. You are just a couple of minutes away from all amenities including a hospital.

Great location! Room to spread out and enjoy. Place is a little tired and lacked a few essentials especially in the kitchen. Check appliances before using them.

This was my first time booking a stay at home. I normally stay at a hotel, but this was a special family vacation so a house was a better option. We did not want to leave. The location and property are fantastic. The property management company responds promptly. Great sunset views! Will stay in the future.

This was a great location. Loved getting up each morning and going for a walk on the beach. The weather was great and Crystal was very responsive.

The house was a great location, and in a safe area! However, upon arrival the house smelled terrible of bleach, and all the toilet paper and soap had not been refilled. The upstairs balcony had noticeable water damage, which made it feel very unsafe.

The property has direct access to the beach. Beautiful home. Great spot for a big group!

The location of this property is fantastic, and there is plenty of parking available. Our group of 14 had more than enough space to sleep and relax. The kitchen is very well stocked—we cooked two large dinners and had everything we needed.However, the property itself is in need of significant TLC. Several pieces of furniture were broken, including the refrigerator door. Many lightbulbs were out, and the fan remotes had dead batteries, leaving us sitting in a dimly lit living room for the entire trip. While the house is advertised to sleep 18, there was only dining seating for 12, which was inconvenient for our group. Additionally, we had to change the sheets in the bunk beds upon arrival because they were full of sand.Two of the bathrooms are much smaller than they appear in the photos. We also wanted to enjoy the beautiful weather by sitting outside in the evenings with cocktails, but there was no outdoor lighting, so we had to head inside once it got dark.It feels as if the owners have not visited the property in a while to check on the cleaning service and overall maintenance. On top of these issues, we had no internet for two days, which meant we couldn’t use the TVs, including the movie room.Despite these setbacks, we still had an amazing weekend, but we were disappointed in the property’s condition.

Everything was as described; there was ample room for our group of seventeen to sleep, cook, and hang out comfortably. We were able to eat as a group around the table and enjoy the incredible location right on the beach. The deck was a great place to hang out. I couldn't be happier with the location, the accuracy of the listing, and the amenities. We will be back next year if you'll have us!

This property is in a great location and is spacious enough for about a dozen people. Without going into a lot of details, we were disappointed in the condition of the house and the absence of items represented to be provided but weren't.

Our family truly enjoyed this home for our gathering. The ocean views and sunrises from the back deck are unbeatable, and we all loved the private boardwalk to the sand. The interior is comfortable, clean, and well appointed. All of the mattresses are high quality - many of us commented to each other how well we slept! The host was responsive and helpful when we needed anything. We can't recommend this home enough for your next vacation.

Great location. Convenient to groceries, and restaurants. Three living areas affords privacy for families. Beds were all very comfortable. large main floor deck had plenty of furniture for family to gather. Kitchen very functional. We prepared Thanksgiving meal for 22 .Apeople. Am

The locatuon was perfect, the home was lovely, and the property manager was extremely helpful and communicative!

Property location and size was perfect for 5 couples. Everyone had their own space. Great to watch college football and enjoy the beach too. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of bath and beach towels. Some areas could use some TLC though, mainly the outdoor furniture.

We brought our 4 kids, 2 spouses, 3 grandbabies, and my husband’s parents for vacation. This home was perfect!!! There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms plus lots of communal space for hanging out. The kitchen has so many utensils and extras and there is no shortage of bath towels! There are lots of stairs but it was not a big deal at all for us since there is a bedroom and bath off the main level perfect for our parents. We did have a couple nights with no power due to Hurricane Helene but the property owners were in contact and helped as much as they could. My only suggestion would be a smaller bed or bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom upstairs. This house was just perfect for us and we will be back!

Great location! But property shows weather wear; outside deck furniture, gates, hoses should be replaced. Interior needs some drywall work, no access to balcony due to “repairs” was a bummer.

Perfect location for our tennis group .. lots of nice walks on the beachfront plus the tiki bar is a short walk too!

Highly recommend! The house was just as advertised and communication was great. We loved the large back porch and the house could not be any closer to the beach. It was also walking distance to multiple restaurants which was a big plus. Will be back!
