Welcome to 1125 Beach Walker, your ideal vacation retreat on Amelia Island.



Located in the sought-after Beach Walker Villas on the Omni Amelia Island grounds, our beautiful condo offers an unforgettable experience with breathtaking ocean views and newly expanded resort-style amenities. Wake up to stunning sunrises and enjoy the bright blue skies from this prime location. The recently renovated poolarea features Tiki-style gazebos, ample lounge chairs, new bathrooms, and a community grilling area, ensuring a perfect vacation setting.



Recently updated, 1125 Beach Walker blends modern design with island charm. The expanded kitchen boasts a large 8 ft island with seating for up to six, making it a perfect gathering spot. The kitchen is fully equipped with butcher block counters, a farmhouse sink, and cleverly designed IKEA cabinets, ensuring meal preparation is both fun and enjoyable.



The living area is designed for relaxation, featuring a brand-new 55” TV, soundbar, oversized couch, two swivel chairs, and a stressless chair. For our winter guests, we’ve added an electric fireplace to provide extra warmth and a cozy atmosphere.



This condo offers two master bedrooms, each with king beds and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. There are two additional guest bedrooms, one with two full beds and the other with two twin beds, and a third full bath with a tub-shower combo. One guest room includes a desk, chair, and computer monitor, making it perfect for remote work. Each of the four bedrooms has a Smart TV, allowing you to unwind with your favorite streaming shows or keep up with the news and sports.



Parking is a breeze with a reserved spot immediately adjacent to the elevator. Our condo is also conveniently located near the Omni Hotel, making it ideal for wedding guests or convention attendees. Additional amenities include extra irons and ironing boards, a new washer and dryer, fresh linens and towels, a starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap, and dish pods), beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels.



PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE DO NOT OFFER AN OMNI AMENITY CARD. No golf packages are included. Guests do have access to the resort's restaurants, shops, parks, trails and spa.



This unit is laid out over multiple interior levels and accessed via stairs—there are no elevators available inside the unit.



RVs, trailers, and boats are not allowed within the security gate. Please inquire for further details.

Beach accessories availability may vary due to supply and demand, season, and property limitations. Feel free to ask for extras but be aware that they may not be available during the busy season.



All DocuSign documents must be completed and returned before your arrival date. This is to protect you as a guest and the property itself.



There is a credit processing fee of $35 that will be charged if you cancel your booking, regardless of the booking or cancellation date.

    We recently stayed in this 4-bedroom condo that sleeps 8. Unfortunately there were several issues that really impacted our stay. This was our 4th stay in the Beach Walker complex so we thought we knew what we were getting. This was the first time in this building and the stay was vastly different.First, the listing shows beautiful photos of an ocean and pool view. In reality, there is no view at all — just a solid wall of vegetation. You cannot see the pool, beach, and hardly a glimpse of water from the unit. This was extremely disappointing, especially since the view was one of the main reasons we chose this condo, and the reason we’ve made this area a family tradition.Inside, the condo layout says it accommodates 8 people, but the kitchen seating does not reflect that. The island seats only 4 in uncomfortable bar stools, and all 4 seats face directly at a wall, making shared meals awkward and impractical for a larger group. It’s surprising for a unit this size to have no real dining area.Additionally, the kitchen supplies were inconsistent. The plates and bowls were mismatched, and there were only three matching dinner plates to serve Thanksgiving dinner. For a condo marketed to families or larger groups, meals were more inconvenient than they should be.The condo doesn’t match the listing photos, price point, or expectations for a property that sleeps eight. Clearer representation and better dining accommodations would make a big difference.

    I was disappointed to find dishwasher full, something’s still seemed dirty and to have to unload upon our arrival. Also there was not a silverware tray to put everything so I had to use cups to hold the utinsels. One of the master mirrors still had toothpaste spray on it and in the other master there were 2 hand towels that had makeup on them. The refrigerator door was sticky so we had to wipe it down. I was not impressed by the cleanliness. If it weren’t for that I could have given it a much better rating. The kitchen could use some organization also. Also the inside of dishwasher was filthy with chunks of food stuck in the filter.

    Nice place. Enjoyed it but it was not as clean as it should have been. Carpet and sheets had spots and hair.

    A wonderful spot and a quiet beach area. Overall property was beautiful and interior space was nicely appointed and warmly decorated. Parking was very difficult and crowded, recommend carpooling as much as possible, as only one designated space is available, all others will be parking in the pine straw or along curbs. Property management company could do a better job with the stated amenities, as pool/beach towels were not found.

    Very nice 4 Bedroom unit that is well equipped and appointed. Great location!! Beach is phenomenal and swimming pool was very nice. Have no problem recommending this condo.

    Great property- condos are older but well situated to the pool and beach. Recommend getting a cart to explore as there is a lot to see - parks, shopping, beautiful trees and foliage. Do take a bug spray as no see ums are present.

    The condo was clean, furnished well, beds were comfortable and there were enough dishes to use for all 8 of us. The appliances were great. Everything we needed for pots and pans to make simple dinners each night. 2 smoothie makers! The coffeemaker is a Kuerig and large pot style combo so it accommodates pretty much everything. Great access to the pool and beach. We called for beach chairs and pool towels. That end of the island is quiet and very pleasant! There are a lot of walking/running/biking trails. We’ll go back for sure.

    Three weeks after returning from our trip to Amelia Island Plantation for Thanksgiving with our adult children, I received an email from Amelia Island Vacations, the property rental agency. They charged my Visa card without my consent for 285.00 for the repair of a louvered bi-fold door that they accused us of breaking. I called the property rental agency immediately and told them that we did not break the door and that it was coming unglued and falling apart when we got there. After four attempts by me to have them reverse the charge they refused and said that “Per our policy, the replacement charge will not be refunded”. I have reviewed their rental policy and nowhere in the agreement does it say that if you don’t report something as broken during your stay you will be billed for the repair. Also, the air conditioning in the bottom two bedrooms and bathrooms is not adequate. They do have floor fans in the rooms but we were hot even in November.

    We enjoyed our stay at this condo even though we had the unfortunate luck of staying there during a tropical storm! It’s been nicely updated. Also, the beds are comfortable which isn’t always the case in STR’s. Only negative is there is no dining room table for family dinners/board games etc but on the flip side you get a much larger kitchen than is typical in these condos. I just wanted to mention It in case that’s important to you. We would stay at this condo again!
