The garage has been converted to a flex space/recreation room. There is a sofa to lounge on, a fooseball table for friendly competition and a television for entertainment. The back patio has a propane fire pit with adirondack chairs for relaxing and enjoying the private setting and nature. Just off the back patio is a covered outdoor shower with hot water. The backyard is fenced, so if you’re traveling with your canine companions, they will have a secure area to explore. brbrIf this is your first time to Amelia, plan to fall in love with the small town feel and relaxed atmosphere. There’s a variety of restaurants and watering holes that vary from world class cuisine to casual southern fare. If the outdoors is your thing you’ll be happy with your choice. From the 1,300+ acres Fort Clinch State Park offers on the north-end of the island to Amelia Island State Park on the south-end and the biking and hiking trails between, it’s easy to not have enough time to enjoy it all.
