The property was beautiful and was just like the listing!!! We had a great time !!!

Andrew was very accommodating. We let us check in a day earlier than planned. The house was wonderful we spent most of our time on the balcony by the kitchen. Wonderful view, plenty of space for everyone and the pool was a bit hit. We can't wait to go back!

The space was clean and new and fresh. The kitchen was well stocked. The linens were plush. Everyone had a room and a bath. The views of the water were beautiful.

Our contact Realtor was excellent. He was very responsive to our needs. The house was perfect for the space we needed. However…It really needs a refurbishing of everything and a deep cleaning. Shower heads unreliable , sinks that don’t drain, doors not working, kitchen needs organization, purging, and replacing with necessary tools. Not enough linens in the kitchen, guest bath (none). Television needs directions. Passcode for WiFi needs to be updated on the listing. There needs to be written directions for the stay. We found nothing telling us how we were expected to leave the house or what our responsibilities were and no direction for Emergencies.

This was the most beautiful home to stay for our family’s beach week together! The views were breathtaking and it was an absolutely perfect choice for our stay! The home was clean and in the best location. Andrew was timely in his communication with us and made our stay flawless. I would highly recommend this property for a large group!

The sunsets from the deck are absolutely stunning! Stayed with family for a wedding and had plenty of space for everyone. Make sure to bring our own beach towels and blow dryers.

Cool place. Location is easy walk and fairly direct route to the beach. House size and bedrooms were good. Plenty of room for parking. The wifi signal was intermittent in trying to stream the TV but that could be the island as a whole. Had trouble accessing the separate guest suite but I don't think that is a recurring issue. Had trouble with both main bedroom showers that were broken in addition to the garbage disposal but property manager had them fixed the next day. The grill was not well maintained and would not even start but again the property manager had fixed within a few days.

The trip was wonderful, the house was the perfect size and the elevator helped with bringing in luggage and groceries. The house needed some deep cleaning, but after contacting the owner, they explained about the Hurricane in the past few weeks. Everyone would like to use the house next year. Great location great bedrooms great common spaces great porches, but could use some TLC. The garbage disposal did not work. The left side of the kitchen sink did not drain. Same side as garbage disposal. The shower drain in the master bedroom on the second floor drained very very slowly. At least six roaches were encountered on the kitchen floor level. The shower curtain in the shared bathroom on the second level does not reach the top of the tub. It is impossible to shower without making a watery mess. Finally, the shower in the island bedroom has maybe four or five minutes of hot water.
