The Space
Saltwater Sky is spread across three thoughtfully designed levels, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, recharge, and enjoy the island at their own pace. The layout offers a nice balance of shared spaces and private retreats, with something for everyone.

The main floor is the heart of the home, with an open living room, kitchen, and dining area made for gathering. Just off the main living space is a queen bedroom and full bathroom. Best of all, this bedroom is on the main level with no stairs, making it a convenient option for guests who prefer a first-floor bedroom.

Up on the second floor, you'll find two king bedrooms, each with its own luxurious en-suite bathroom. The primary bedroom also has a private balcony overlooking the pool with Gulf views—a beautiful spot for morning coffee or a quiet evening.

The third floor has a little personality of its own. The kids can claim the twin bunk room, complete with its own full bathroom and wet bar, giving them a space to hang out, play, and have a little independence while the adults enjoy the floors below.
