Front Row Center - Pet Friendly, Private Pool, Beach Front, Hot Tub!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Front Row Center is a unique home with all the bells and whistles. Elevator was life changing for unpacking the car. Also, my elderly dog loved it! The doors are a bit noisy on it, but the ride smooth and quiet. All amenities worked like a charm, beds comfortable, and decor top notch. GCVP was wonderful to work with. Very attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend!!!! Be aware, one of the K bedrooms on main floor does not have a dresser, only end tables with drawers. Closets small, but adequate. Water filtration system, and on demand hot water was great!

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at several homes over the years on SGI and Front Row Center is absolutely the most beautiful and well planned home we have ever stayed in!It had everything you could imagine, from the kitchen to the pool to the beach! And, the nicest touch was a tote bag filled with wonderful welcoming gifts. Unfortunately, one of the family members put it on the floor, thinking it was someone else’s tote and we did not discover the gifts until we were leaving and nobody claimed the tote. What a lovely thing to do, but please be sure and use it when you arrive.It was so nice to be able to utilize the pool or walk a few steps to the beach!The grandkids and adults enjoyed watching the dolphins play in the Gulf from the family room!As other people have mentioned in previous reviews, beware of the low hanging ceiling by the pool. One member of our group hit his head pretty hard. Thankfully, he was OK. Maybe some padding could help prevent this happening in the future.This house is perfect for families or couples!Highly recommended!

Everything has been thought of and it's a beautiful home. My grandfather used to rent a house for a week every year when we were kids and it was a time we always looked forward to. It's many years later by St. George still holds the magic for us. I'm hoping to make this a yearly trip for us in his memory. I also have to say that Gulf Coast Vacation Properties is amazing, specifically McKenzie and Kara. We will definitely rent with them again and if possible, it will be Front Row Center. This house is in the perfect location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Needless to say, we did not want to leave!!

We have been taking beach vacations for over 45 years and this is one of the best houses we have ever stayed in. The house was so clean, the welcome bag was a nice touch. Loved having the hot tub, even in the middle of the summer. The pool is perfect with part of it in the shade. We just love it! Already booked a week for next summer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 10th family vacation in Florida (5 in Destin, one in Indian Pass & 4 on St. George) We stayed in Front Row Center in 2024. We had a great time & loved the property. There was plenty of room for everyone and there were lots of amenities, including a lot of beach gear. There were 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers & 2 large tables in the main area. There was a 3rd refrigerator in the main suite. At that time we did have a couple of minor quibbles about the cleaning ability of the dishwashers as well as the presence of a low overhang near the pool that resulted in several banged heads. Well, the owners apparently listened. They installed a Bosch dishwasher that did its job extremely well, & they took some of the overhang off so walking under it was much less risky. The only thing I can think to mention is that if you bring your dogs, be aware that there were a lot of sand burrs in the areas surrounding the house. I don't remember it being an issue last year, but it was this year. I certainly don't hold that against the owners. Overall, when you put everything together (location, beach access, house amenities, good restaurants, lack of traffic and plenty of room on the beach), this is the best place we have stayed at. I don't think you can ask for much more. So, we'll be back next year & are already looking forward to it.

We especially enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The boardwalk is very nice. Be sure to wear shoes down it, as it can get pretty hot in the sun LOL. The view is AMAZING! The screened-in porch is a great feature. Overall, we enjoyed it very much and would stay here again!

We’ve been to St. George Island many times, but this house has been our favorite! The check in process was very easy, and the property management group was very easy to reach and communicate with for questions. The house is stocked with almost every supply you’d need for a great day at the beach! An added bonus was the fabulous pool and hot tub for us to warm up during a slightly chilly week. We also loved the special touch of the welcome bag. We will definitely be rebooking for our next stay!

I would have loved to have given it 5 stars BUT it has two dishwashers that simply don’t work well and we ended up having to wash the majority of the dishes by hand. Personally, I don’t like wash dishing at home especially not when I’m on vacation cooking for a big family.

This amazing home has just about everything you could need or want. It was very clean and they've thought of pretty much everything! Of all the vacation homes we've been to with our family, this was our favorite!

Having 4 king suite bedrooms provided a private retreat for everyone at the end of each day. The beach was never crowded and the Old Florida vibe of the island provided a relaxing respite. We loved the options to enjoy the beach and pool (with all the beach chairs and toys included). The views from the beach and multiple decks were outstanding. Having a well-stocked kitchen and ample dining space, allowed us to enjoy family dinners when we didn't want to go out. The private boardwalk to the beach was convenient, well constructed and safe. We prefer the slower pace that SGI provides, compared to other busy commercialized vacation spots a couple hours north west of SGI, therefore, we will be driving to SGI in the future and skipping the 30A scene.
