We've stayed in 10 now and this property blows them all away. The house itself is perfectly maintained! And so clean, this coming from an allergy mom, says a lot!!!! The furnishings are beautiful and most importantly the beds are COMFY!!! Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need. The house set up makes it perfect for big families or small. The location is perfect, with the beach access literally right across the street and community pool contained within the same block. The private pool was perfectly sized and includes a sun shelf and built in seat wrapped around 3 sides for little swimmers or lounging adults, but doesn't impede swimming space at all! We found the depth to be perfect for our pre-teens (I want to say 3-5 ft, but don't quote me on that). Most importantly, it gets sun during the daylight hours and can be heated, if you should desire. Even the poolside chaise lounges are comfy! Property owners were very nice and attentive, but not intrusive, just sending little reminders for trash day/quick check out info, and easy to contact if you need them for anything!
