Private Pool - Custom Home -45 Sec Walk To The Beach!

Location was great. The house had plenty of room. It could use some cleaning and repair of a few items. The pool needed maintenance and cleaning. Green when we arrived kids could only swim on Thursday and Friday.

All was excellent.

Great location, easy short walk to beach. Worked great for multi-family get together! Got lots of use out of the pool and hot tub.fyi Kitchen doesn't have any ziplock bags, Saran, foil etc.

Great place great location

Lovely home with great location. Beach access was great and easy. Parking was easy. Plenty of room for large groups. Pool area was great. The only reason I can't give this home a five lies in the details. --All easy things to buff out. When you are staying in a home at this level it was surprising to find that there were no cleaning supplies provided other than a vacuum cleaner. We could not, for example, wipe down the kitchen and bathroom countertops during our stay or before we left or give the floors a quick sweep. As well, a little more attention to things like the oven and the t.p. holder in owner's suite, along with the floor corners and baseboards could be beneficial. A magic eraser would easily clean up the scuff marks on the stairs. --And more garbage bags! WiFi was weak. We had a great week but the details can really make or break things. Would we return? Sure, but with assurance that some of this is taken care of.

We stayed here with a group of 7 adults and 2 kids under 2 years old. There was plenty of space for each family to have their own room at night, which was amazing. The house is a little more worn than we expected, but the neighborhood and private pool were great. When we arrived, there was an issue with the hot tub, but Duane was super responsive and even got a tech to come out and fix the problem ASAP which was so appreciated. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this property to families looking for a quiet place to stay near the beach.

We took a multigenerational vacation and were very pleased with the accommodations. Overall the place was beyond amazing but we did have some suggestions and I’ll cover that first. The bathrooms really need locks on the doors! No one wants to see Grandma getting out of the shower in her birthday suit, and once seen, that sight can’t be unseen! Yikes! Some hooks to hang towels on would be nice too. Also, maybe hang the directions on how to use the oven on the frig or somewhere else close by. We figured it out but it took a village. These were minor issues though and to give anything less than 5 stars would be completely unreasonable as the property truly is amazing! It was clean (and I’m VERY picky), close to the beach, beautifully decorated, spacious, had a well stocked kitchen, huge washer and dryer, huge refrigerator, beautiful pool, in a great neighborhood/location close to everything you might need, multiple decks, and had the best outdoor furniture of any place I’ve ever stayed. The inside furniture was amazing as well, comfortable and clean. We slept on one of the Murphy beds and slept great! The Carriage house was perfect for the family in our group whose boys woke up at 4:30 each morning ready for the beach. Having their own space kept them from waking up the rest of us. Also, communication with the host was great. I had a couple of questions and he was quick to reply. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Nice house for a beach vacation. Ample rooms for the while family. Clean and stoked well with cooking utensils. Short walk to the beach. Which was an amazing white sand beach! The pool was a nice addition to the vacation and we used it alot! I would stay here again!

This beautiful property was everything we were looking for in a vacation home. The description is exactly what you get. The pool was warm and the very very short walk to the beach was perfect. We had the most amazing vacation.

Excellent and beautiful property with every amenity we could dream of. Great pool and spa. So very clean. Up to date inside and out. Plenty of room for everyone. A minute walk to beach. Will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time during our stay and would recommend the house to others. The only negative is communication with the owner. Since our group was charged for damages, i wouls like to know what the damages were and I'm having trouble getting in touch with him.

We rented the place so our combined family could be together but also have some privacy. The two houses combined with the pool in between was perfect. The place was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and the heated pool was perfect!The location was ideal, steps from the beach, and close to shopping. We had a wonderful time! Thank you for sharing your lovely beach home!!

We really enjoyed the access to the beach and the kids loved the pool.
