Crystal Vista with Private Pool, Gulf Views, and Beach Chair Setup

Loved the house...we had are 2 children and their children staying with us. Everyone had their own area which was very nice...there was plenty for each individual family. Each floor had a sitting area (each couch also was a pull out bed) and television. Linens and towels were plenty. Each floor also had a terrace and a place to sit. The grill worked perfectly, the kitchen was well equipped. Washer and dryer were very nice to have. The pool was used a lot!!! It is not what you see in the picture. I think it must have been painted? Still the pool guy comes out to clean every other day.The walk to the beach was an easy walk. We greatly appreciated the beach chairs and the wagon!!! A couple of things: First, I love that the house had things to start you off as in: shampoo, soap, coffee, filters, dish detergent, toilet paper and paper towels but you have to shop for the week. Of course there were plenty of us so items were used quickly. But the welcome packages were great since we came in tired from a long car trip!Second, the beds were not the most comfortable which was the only thing the other adults mentioned. Lastly, I was looking for a broom but could not find one. Since we had little children crawling around, it was a bit scary to find a piece of broken glass in the main dining area the day of our arrival. I kept the kids off the floor while I got on my hands and knees to make sure there wasn't anymore.I still gave the place 5 stars!

The house is located in a great location and is a very short walk to the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

The home was a great size, setup and location for our group of 2 families with teenage kids. The beach was easily accessible and the area very walkable. The salt water pool was excellent.

The view was blocked by the condos across the road but the closeness to the beach made up for the lack of a view. Love it and will book again.

This was our second time staying at this property. Amazing location, just steps from the beach. The kids loved the large pool, and everyone had fun with the cornhole and Connect 4 outdoor games. Plenty of outdoor furniture and the inside was well equipped too. Great communication from the property management company that provided for a seamless check-in and carefree stay. Our only constructive feedback is the beds were a bit plush for our liking.

We stayed in this house with 4 other families and it was great! We all had our own space and plenty of common areas to hang out in. The pool was a good size for 11 kids to play in. We will be back!

Perfect place to say for multiple families with different age kids. I liked the high pool gate and the proximity of the to the beach was amazing. Also having the beach chair, set up, included, made a huge difference.

The house is very nice. The property management company and maintenance repair companies are non responsive. Upon check in we went to the “6 chair beach setup” that was a factor in choosing this property. There are 2 chair vendors at the public beach entrance. We arranged with Alex, the vendor that claimed our address as his. We talked about where our setup up would be as we were there with a party of 60-70 people. He did inform us that there were only 2 chairs vs the 6 that were advertised. We paid for additional chair setups to make up for what we had planned for with our large party. The reviews stated 6 chairs as well as the diagram on the refrigerator located in the kitchen. The next day our party of 12 drag all of our stuff out to the beach to start our vacation, no Alex, no chairs. We asked the other vendor what to do. They directed us to a set of chairs that was not occupied. So we drag all of our stuff over there. Set everything up. Get situated. Within an hour a woman comes up to us in a RAGE, claiming that we were trespassing, in her chairs, she was calling the sheriff. So back to the guys that told us to sit there. Still telling us were we’re fine. I called the man I paid for the additional setups - no answer. So we stayed there. Then the sheriff come flying up threatening to put us in hand cuffs. And everyone around us is now the audience. Our small children crying & scared. Management will not answer. We were forced to move our stuff & pay for setups. Beware.

The house was perfect for all 9 of us. I didn’t realize 3 umbrellas & 6 chairs were included at the barracuda beach entrance. I would add that to the listing . I think it said 2 chairs were included. I booked chairs & umbrellas with La Dolce Vita at Crystal Beach entrance bc we rented a golf cart to get to & from. I was able to cancel those chairs & umbrella’s & get a refund. We were so close to the beach we did not really need the golf cart. It it was fun to have.

Property was clean and the check in and check out was very easy.

Everything was perfect for our stay.. Lots of rooms and in a great location. Steps from the beach. Loved the large pool and ping pong table outside. Check in was so easy and we enjoyed everything. Thanks so much. We even got to send a video to the owner, Mr Gurley. The pool guy was exceptional and was so nice.
