We have pretty much everything we can think of for all of your enjoyment and relaxation.brNot only are you booking a wonderful place, you a choosing to stay with hosts that truly love doing this. We absolutely love sharing this with our guests.brbrThis condo was once The Texan. The Texan was the primary hotel for MTV Spring Break all the way through the 80's and early 90's. The condo - hotel has a lot of history and fun looking up the history and knowing what it must have been like at that time.brbrWe think the location is absolutely perfect. We are exactly 3/4 of a mile from the Board Walk. Along your walk to the boardwalk you have Landshark Grille, Crabby's, The Fountain Tiki Hut, and Ocean Deck!!! That's all before you even make it to the boardwalk. Once there you have SO many selections as well. We will provide you with a digital guide book once you book. This will help you start planning all the things you want to do.brAll of the above is heading north up the beach.brWhen heading south, not much that way other than a long walk. But, driving to the south you will find all of your grocery stores and little breakfast shops. Also listed in our guide bookbrbrOnce here you will have a parking pass hanging in the condo for your vehicle. You MUST get this as soon as possible and please hang it from your rear view mirror. You will only be provided with (1) parking pass. The property only allows one vehicle per condo here. Parking is tight and heavily monitored as people try to park here to access the beach and many cars are towed because of it. But that's good for you as a guest with your parking pass. Means you should always have a spot.brAlso for access here, you will be provided (2) keys. These keys will be needed to access pretty much everything here. The keys will be your way in and out of the pool, the gate to the beach and to get back in to the pool area beach access point.
