Stayed Jul 24, 2023Overall, Len was extremely easy to work with. His instructions were detailed, clear, and easy to follow. It was a little odd not having staff available around the clock, but it was also nice not being bothered by lots of other resort traffic on the property. Just a note for others considering renting here: it's not a hotel or resort. There is no one to bring you extra towels, trash bags, paper towels, etc. So if you are accustomed to using hotel staff for those kinds of needs, this is not your place. This is a more independent experience, and while that might not be ok for some people, we enjoyed the peace and quiet. The entire property was low key, quiet, and zero traffic. Thanks for a great stay, we will consider coming back for sure.

Stayed Apr 27, 2023The check in process is an absolute disaster. It takes 3 different departments and about 1.5 hours of your life to check in. We have stayed her 3 years in a row and will never do it again.
