Stayed Jun 10, 2023We’ve been going to Ocean walk for about 10 years now. When we arrived we were sent to 4 different places for check in. The whole check in process took 2 hours. Throughout the week we found mold in the vents and on the cabinet by the sink. All of the mirrors and windows were dirty and the sliding door going to the balcony was broken. The big slide, which is the main attraction for my kids, was shut down all week. The cleaning staff walked in on my wife while she was not dressed, even though we had a do not disturb tag on the door. This happened another time we were here also. We’ve always liked this place but things seem to be going downhill over the years. We’ll likely not be going back.
