We have pretty much everything we can think of for all of your enjoyment and relaxation.brNot only are you booking a wonderful place, you a choosing to stay with hosts that truly love doing this. We absolutely love sharing this with our guests.brbrThis condo was once The Texan. The Texan was the primary hotel for MTV Spring Break all the way through the 80's and early 90's. The condo - hotel has a lot of history and fun looking up the history and knowing what it must have been like at that time. brbrWe think the location is absolutely perfect. We are exactly 3/4 of a mile from the Board Walk. Along your walk to the boardwalk you have Landshark Grille, Crabby's, The Fountain Tiki Hut, and Ocean Deck!!! That's all before you even make it to the boardwalk. Once there you have SO many selections as well. We will provide you with a digital guide book once you book. This will help you start planning all the things you want to do.brAll of the above is heading north up the beach.brWhen heading south, not much that way other than a long walk. But, driving to the south you will find all of your grocery stores and little breakfast shops. Also listed in our guide bookbrbrOnce here you will have a parking pass hanging in the condo for your vehicle. You MUST get this as soon as possible and please hang it from your rear view mirror. You will only be provided with (1) parking pass. The property only allows one vehicle per condo here. Parking is tight and heavily monitored as people try to park here to access the beach and many cars are towed because of it. But that's good for you as a guest with your parking pass. Means you should always have a spot.brAlso for access here, you will be provided (2) keys. These keys will be needed to access pretty much everything here. The keys will be your way in and out of the pool, the gate to the beach and to get back in to the pool area beach access point. There is also bathrooms on the main level by the pool and you will need your key to access that as well. brbrThe condos here are similar to hotel room layouts with the added feature of a kitchenette. The furnishings are simple and not too big, leaving it feel plenty roomy for your stay. We mainly use the kitchen for making breakfast and coffee for the sunrise on the balcony every morning. We will make simple small lunches here as well. A nice comfy couch and a TV mounted on the wall that is movable so you will always be able to see it comfortably from where ever you choose to hang out. The TV is a SMART TV so bring your PASSWORD's to your favorite streaming Apps. NO CABLE !!!. We spend our evenings heading out to all the great places to eat and have a few drinks. We will provide a great list of places in or guidebook that we will digitally send to you upon booking. You will love it.brbrtransit is pretty easy here. Daytona Beach has both Uber and Lyft. We do suggest trying to have YOUR OWN VEHICLE or rent a vehicle. A few amazing little towns near by worth the day trip to explore if you are able to. We will gladly help you plan a fun trip exploring up and down the Space Coast Beach towns. We LOVE walking everywhere but sometimes with weather or HIGH Tide you may be forced to drive. Please PLAN for this as getting around and parking is a pain during busy season.brbrEarly Check-in PolicybrStandard Check-in is 4:00pm. The fridge is Café brand with three doors, with the freezer on the bottom. The dishwasher is a Bosch that is super quiet, and they are all stainless steel. The large counter top is made of quarts and you'll have fun entertaining and eating in this beautiful kitchen. All the pots and pans are provided with dishes, silverware and glasses and wine glasses.brEach bedroom has a king size bed with a bathroom attached. The master has sliding glass doors to the deck. The windows are covered with motorized blinds, with the master bedroom having room darkening feature. There are tv's in all the rooms with a large 76 inch tv in the living room to enjoy your favorite movies or sports games. It is a smart tv, so you can sign in to Netflix, YouTube, Hulu or any of your favorite apps. The building is secure, so remember to take your key fob with you when you leave the condo to have access to the exercise room or the pool table room, and to get in and out of the building. The pool is open! Enjoy this beautiful pool overlooking the ocean with direct access to the beach. Have drinks after dark by the fire pit down by the ocean. No hotdogs or marshmallows cooking though. brWe have beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels to enjoy your warm sunny days on the beach.br Hot tub and sauna located in the building.
