Living room has a sofa bed that sleeps two more. Open floor plan with large living, dining & kitchen area (fireplace). Sleeps 6 comfortably and 1 more can sleep on the 2nd couch. Large back porch with a separate screened in area. Pool just installed this past summer. Walkway leads to the dock which is very close to the house. Large 20' long floating dock to tie off to. Remodel completed this past summer with new floors, new paint, new appliances & furniture.
