Stayed Dec 1, 2023We had a wonderful time staying at Tim’s condo. Loads of space, whether it was bedroom, ensuite, living room, dining area or kitchen. A very, very secure gated community and entrance to the actual condo. Access to an elevator. Lovely swimming pool with plenty of seating, tables and loungers.The gardens are well looked after. Within a short distance of Cape Coral Beach, restaurants and bars. We look forward to returning for the 2024/25 season for another three months.

Stayed Mar 10, 2023It's a very nice unit. Quiet, safe, community in a brilliant location. Very easy bike riding. Well maintained grounds. Optional activities. The condo is very solid and minimalist. The office space was adequate for my needs. TV only in living room has a brilliant picture. Morning coffee with morning sun on the lanai. Well done.
