Modern Oasis pool paradise

For a first timer renting a condo this was a very nice place and area to stay. Not far from Sanibel and Captiva island along with Fort Myers beach. Ice cream, places to eat, and Publix grocery store very close by. The condo was just as it looked from pictures on VRBO. We were quite happy! Appliances all worked great. Beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers were helpful for the beaches we visited. Our host was polite, nice, and answered our questions in a timely matter. Would stay there again!

The condo was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Nice location too, we appreciated the communication with the host. We had never been to the Fort Meyers/Cape Coral area and very much enjoyed our stay here.

New, clean, roomy condo with everything we needed and then some. Safe, good location, pool and garage. It was perfect for our family of 4! Host was excellent and responsive!

This was a newer and clean property with good proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. The furniture was comfortable and the property manager provided new linens/towels for our enjoyment. The unheated pool was clean, but unusable in cooler months. Overall a great value for a two bedroom condo in Southwest Florida! We enjoyed our stay!

Condo is nearly new so we didn’t want for anything. Close to shopping and recreation areas. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

Everything was so nice and clean. Great neighborhood. Everything you need for a stay, had essentials and extra stuff provided like pool toys. Was a really great experience. We have already booked for next summer!

Clear communication. Nicely decorated. Beach supplies and beach towels in the condo. Quiet inside. Equipped kitchen with a nice touches of a bit of coffee, sugar and some spices. 2 vases of fresh flowers to welcome us. We had a great stay. No hesitation to recommend to friends and others.

This stay was just about as nice as it gets. The place was brand new and had everything you could ask for. Very nice.

Due to being no reviews on this property since it was brand new, I was apprehensive in booking it for our family vacation. I'M SO GLAD I DID! The Host was amazingly responsive and communicative even right after booking! She met us at the property for a tour and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo was more than we could have asked for! Cupboards stocked with everything we needed and more! The pool was quiet and clean. We enjoyed relaxing and the convenience of the stores in walking distance. The neighborhood is beautiful as well as I took a long walk down Cape Coral Parkway. Thank you so much! We'll be back!
