We have a white shiplap interior with 14 windows and an open layout featuring a full kitchen, a cute bathroom, and two sleeping lofts on opposite ends. Double French doors open up to an outdoor hangout area and a covered pool. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and large peninsula.brbrDining room table seats 4-6 plus adjacent peninsula has 4 bar stools. The first is a ring camera and automatic light fixture on the front of the garage. The lights will turn on when you arrive at the house to ensure the area is well lit. There is also a ring doorbell that is also equipped with a camera. The doorbell does ring inside but it cannot be heard from the pool area.brbrPOOL SAFETYbrChildren, anyone unable to swim, and vulnerable adults MUST be watched at all times; especially while using and by the pool. This includes playing loud or vulgar music outside, any drug use on the property including marijuana with a medical ID (do it somewhere else), any excess cars or guests. We allow 4 cars maximum (No street or yard parking and no trailers). Absolutely no indoor smoking including the garage. Everyone in the booking must be 25+ unless accompanied by parents and send ID upon booking. We care about our neighbors, and our home, and this behavior is not allowed at this property. If this is your intention, PLEASE do not book!brbrALSObr- Please do not leave doors and windows open as the home is temperature controlled to 74 degrees. Systems freeze up if cooling temperature is reduced more than 2 degrees at a time. br- Noise must be kept at an acceptable level not to disturb the peaceful enjoyment of others. Bradenton 10 PM City Noise Ordinance must be observed - ZERO TOLERANCE br- Please bring green trash can to the curb Monday & Thursday for pickup the following morning. Bring empty garbage can back up to the right side of the garage Tuesday and Friday afternoon. br- The city of Bradenton does not offer recycling pickup currently. They have a drop off location for recycling at 2905 59th Street West Bradenton for you to drop off recycling if desired.br- Any repair concerns are to be promptly reported to the host, and access granted to perform necessary work.br- There will be weekly landscaping & pool maintenance that may fall on a day of your stay.br- This is FLORIDA!
