Lizards will be seen outside in the yard. brbrSometimes you may see our pool, lawn/landscape care, trash/recycle disposal, and pest control vendors on the property. The pool and hot tub are serviced 2x/week (Tuesday and Friday). Landscape service is weekly (Friday). Pest control sprays quarterly. brbr**Guests are to dispose trash and recycle in the allocated trash/recycle bins during their stay and at the time of departure. All trash must be secured in plastic bags provided and disposed of in the designated bins. Recycle items can be disposed of in blue recycle bin**.brbr**Trash/Recycle bins are located OUTSIDE OF THE GARAGE, ON SIDE OF THE HOUSE**. brbr**Guests do not need to bring bins to the street. Our team member will take care of it**.brbr**Trash pick up is on MONDAYS and THURSDAYS. Please ensure to put trash bags in the bin on SUNDAY and WEDNESDAY evening by 7:30 pm.
