Perfect location for a variety of guests!

This house is fabulous for large families. Immaculate property with every amenity you could ask for. The owners were extremely easy to deal with and very attentive to the small details. The large pool and hot tub are perfect for relaxing and the outdoor patios with large TVs Are perfect for viewing football games.

Air conditioning worked better than any vrbo we’ve stayed in and the owners were very responsive.

We booked the house for a baseball tournament at IMG academy but this changed from a baseball trip to a true vacation! This house is so well stocked! There was everything we needed to enjoy the beach, paddle board, and fish! Location was amazing, close to everything. House was super clean and well stocked and the owners responded to everything super fast. If we ever play baseball here again, we will stay here!

We had a amazing time plenty of room and a great pool

We stayed at this property for a 50th Anniversary vacation for my parents. We had four different families and the space in this home was perfect. We all had our own areas of the house and didn't feel on top of each other. Large bedrooms, lots of beds, and tons of seating! The kids LOVED the pool and all the games. A quick 15-minute drive over to Anna Maria Island to the beach was perfect. Would recommend!

The property fit our family of 16 well. Plenty of room to be together or to find your own space. We loved the pool and the large kitchen. Would stay here again!

Lots of amenities, access to shore and shopping, and great hosts made this an easy, breezy dream vacation.

We drove to FL from NY and stayed mid-March. The house is amazing along with the amenities. The dishwasher leaked and the landlord had it fixed albeit the last day we were there. There is no foosball table as advertised in the photos which was a bit of a let-down as we are avid players, but all in all, great house, great location and great hosts.

Perfect spot for our work trip. House had tons of room and everything you’d need to have a great stay.

The house is so spacious and has so many fun things, from pool table and shuffle board to bikes and paddle boards!

Wonderful stay! Plenty of space for our family of 13. Plenty of parking room, too. The pool was fantastic! Enjoyed chatting with James the pool guy. Told us where to find manatees in the neighborhood. Lots to do in the house when it rains. Close to shopping, churches, beach, restaurants. Well appointed kitchen. Lots of spices, condiments, paper products. Loved having 3 full sized fridges and 2 ovens. We had 2 birthdays during the week and we could all fit around the big table. Loved taking the bikes out for a spin and one family member fished at the dock every morning. We would definitely stay there again despite not being on the beach. We absolutely loved this house! It has everything that a family with children need! Bedrooms galore, and a game room that has so much to offer! I hope we are able to come back next year!!!

Nice pool, clean spacious house, beautiful beaches.

Loved it. Grandkids of all ages. Lots of things to do. Bikes, kayaks, pools, basketball, game room. Lots of areas to be together or have your own space!!! So many amenities included: towels, detergent, hairdryer, shampoo, soap, fishing poles, etc. Private dock. Puzzles, games

This was a last minute booking due to the house that we had booked being cancelled. This house was wonderful. There 10 to 12 people staying but due to near by friends and relatives we had 14 to 20 each night for supper. I can't thank Jennifer enough for turning out nightmare into such a wonderful weeo

As advertised. Family vacation. Kids stayed busy with the pool, shuffleboard, basketball and 3 family room tvs. Great workout room to for a change of pace. Bedroom layout was great with added privacy.
