Four bedrooms, three baths, French-styled home with an open floor plan. Our home was recently remodeled, features a spacious kitchen and sparkling bathrooms.

Located in northwest Sarasota, it is ideal for your paradise getaway perfect for sightseeing, golfing - University Park Country Club : 27-hole championship golf course, the #1 Golf Course in Southwest Florida!, dining, shopping, shelling, baseball, and beachcombing. 11 lighted har-tru tennis courts, Fitness Center,The Park Grille & Café, an award-winning dining and banquet destination.

We are within 30 minutes to Bradenton and Sarasota Beaches - Holmes Beach, Lido Key , Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Anna Maria, Casey Key. and others. Amazing place for beach lovers.

Shopping and restaurants at University Town Center - UTC (5 min), Bradenton downtown (15 min) downtown Sarasota (25 min), Factory Outlet in Ellenton.
Easy access to Interstate 75 (10 min), Sarasota Airport (10 min), Tampa International Airport (50 min), Orlando Airport, Ft Myers, Airport.

The home has four bedrooms, three with king-size beds and one with queen size bed - all with plenty of closet space. There is a full-sized washer and dryer. There are three seating areas along with a dining room that seats up to 6 and an outside seating area in the patio. The kitchen is open with a peninsula bar top for great conversations. There are three full bathrooms, one with a bathtub/shower combo and the other two with a shower only.

Among other things, there are amenities like free wireless internet and a TV with DirectTV subscription for over 155 channels free for you to use.
Heating of the pool is also included in your total charge up to 80degrees of F.
Upon request and EXTRA CHARGE we can set up heating above 80 F remotely , please ask the property manager for details.

OVERVIEW: Look, we don't like having to set rules as much as you don't like having to read them, so we've identified only the most important things to us. Please, read them and be respectful of our home.

KEEP IT FUN, BUT DON’T GO CRAZY: We are perfectly happy to have you enjoy your time at the home, but please don’t use it to have the craziest party you’ve been dreaming of. Keep it down the times that you should keep it down. Our neighbors won’t enjoy it and we like our neighbors... but not enough to get nightly phone calls from them about how loud you are. If you need more explanation, we aren’t the vacation rental for you.

LOCK THE DOORS: Please lock all doors at night and when you leave the home and arm the alarm system when away from the house.

OVERNIGHT GUESTS: All overnight guests must be approved in advance through the booking process and are subject to an additional fee as noted in the price.

COOKING: Best kitchen ever and well-stocked. Feel free to use spices, coffee, etc that you find, but let’s not take them with you. I promise the next guest will enjoy not having to buy pepper as much as you do. The stove is a glass top, so please take care of cleaning it.

DO NOT LEAVE FOOD OUT: So this is Florida. Close to the Everglades which means bugs, animals and reptiles. We don’t have any issues but we don’t want them. Please keep the kitchen and outside areas clean of food during your stay.

DOGS & PETS: Some pets might be allowed upon approval and are subject to a fee. Please contact us if you plan on bringing a pet with you :)

NO SMOKING: There is no smoking of any kind in the house or on the patio/lanai. If you need a fix, step out to the driveway and pocket your butt. Do NOT burn our house down.

CHILDREN: The house is not decorated or built with small kids in mind. We aren’t anti-children, we love them and feel free to bring them along, but it’s up to you to make sure they don’t get hurt or break anything.

LEAVE BEHIND WHAT YOU DON'T USE: We'll do our best to anticipate what you may need by way of extra towels, blankets, sugar or such. Shampoo and conditioner are available while you are staying at the home with some other spiffs and we expect you to leave it behind when you check-out. If you don't see what you need, feel free to call.

TEMPERATURE AC/HEAT: Please don't turn the thermostat below 68 or above 77 degrees. Florida is a tropical climate know for severe humidity. (Ladies, you will LOVE what it does for your skin!) Turning the AC below 68 will freeze the condenser and then you will have no AC (not good), turn it above 80 and mold grows (not good).

TELEVISION: We have two televisions, one in the living room with an Xfinity subscription (meaning you can watch over 155 stations including movies and sports) free for you to enjoy as much as you want, and another in the master bedroom and two of the other bedrooms.

USE OF OUR HOME: You are welcome to use the entire home. If you see a locked door, don’t try to get inside. Enough said.
