Parking for up to 4 cars, depending on size of vehicles. We do not rent three nights for a holiday weekend. A minimum of 5 nights is required. brbrWake to fabulous ocean views! All three levels have ocean views. brThe master bedroom, with it's own deck, has an incredible view of brthe ocean. (The first photo was taken from this deck) Two brbedrooms share a bath on the first level. One bedroom has a queen brsize bed and a flat-screem TV hooked to cable. The other lower-level bedroom has bra full-size bed with twin bunk over top and a flat-screen TV hooked to cable. The 2nd level features the living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath. The living room has a 47 Smart TV with cable and DVD. There are about 250 DVDs for rainy days. brFor those that need to get a little work done, wireless hi-speed internet is available. Furniture is constantly updated and the house is well cared-for. Two bedrooms, each with their own bath are on the top level. The master features a brking-size bed and 47 Smart TV hooked to cable. The second brupstairs bedroom has its own bath, two twin beds and a TV hooked to cable. There are five decks, so it's easy to relax with a book. The beach is less brthan 50 yards away. This is a small, quiet community of 14 townhouses where you can enjoy quiet time, or walk one block to the nightlife Dewey Beach offers.brPainting is done every off-season. Two heat pumps, water heater, range, dishwasher and carpeting in a first floor bedroom were all new in 2013. All the bedrooms have flat-screen TVs. The main level has front-load washer and dryer.brTrash and recycling are each collected twice a week so the common area stays clean.brbrRentals are Saturday to Saturday. We do not rent three nights for a holiday weekend. A minimum of 5 nights is required. We may not accept holiday rentals starting on a Friday as that eats into another week's rental.

Our little cottage is the 3rd house from the ocean and sits back off the road down a private driveway shared with two other cottages. Up to two of your well-behaved dogs are always welcome with an additional pet fee, and are allowed on the beach before 9:30 am and after 5:30 pm every day in the summer, and all the time off-season. Linens and towels are not provided for this rental, but we can recommend a linen service. This is a quiet cottage suitable for couples and small families. We have zero tolerance for partiers. We are LGBTQ friendly. The minimum rental age is 40.
