Wonderful stay, just steps away from the beach and right in the heart of Dewey, so easy to get around. Lovely little place, very comfortable! Loved the extra half bath. Mike was super quick to respond to any questions and gave me easy check-in instructions.

The place was minutes from the beach. Very quaint and cozy. So close to all the restaurants and stores. Mike, was great to deal with. Very responsive and quick responses. Would stay here again

Despite some crazy weather, we had an amazing stay! The condo was as described and very close to the beach access. You can walk to all the local restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed the porch/sunroom every morning while we had our coffee. The condo was clean and had all the basic amenities and kitchen essentials. Communication with Mike was great.

Location couldn't be any more perfect, very close to the beach (the whole reason to be in Dewey)! Easy, short walk to all local restaurants & stores. Onsite parking for 2 cars was perfect. Spacious living area inside, and a great front screened in porch to relax. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Mike’s condo is in a great location and was very comfortable for a long weekend at the beach with four adults. Mike was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Fabulous location, so close to everything in Dewey and all walkable. Beach is steps away. Cute apartment and comfortable. Has an outdoor private shower and seating area too which was a plus. Very attentive and helpful host. Would totally come back

There were 4 of us - including 2 adult children. Steps from the beach - steps from Pizza & coffee - and a few more steps to everything Dewey has to offer. We squeezed 3 cars into the 2 car space... easy if they are not SUV's. There is on street parking right outside. This place is all about location and convenience (for us anyway) and it filled that promise.

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was a clean home, and the owner was great, he coordinated with us well prior to and during our visit. The location could not be better, a few minutes walk to the beach is a dream!

Just what my wife and I needed.

Location was great, bring your own bedding and towels - wasn’t clear in the listing. Place is a good size for 3-4 people and having the half bath was nice with 3 people staying there. It could have been cleaner, bathroom has some mold, none of the lamps in bedroom were plugged in and there wasn’t even outlets close enough to plug them in

The property was very clean and extremely convenient to the beach, restaurants,and stores in Dewey. We took the trolley to the boardwalk in Rehoboth, so that we didn't have to worry about parking. Mike was a great host and always very responsive. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Mike's place is great! Well appointed and nicely decorated and it is super close to the beach! You can see the beach entrance and dunes from the front porch. There is also a coffee bar on the block and a convenience store around the corner. We were in town for a wedding at Lighthouse Cove and were able to easily walk to it also. It was hot but the AC kept us cool and blocked out any noise (there are several other units nearby so we were concerned about noise but never had a problem). Mike responded to us promptly and was very informative about what to bring and how to check in. Thanks Mike!

My family and I booked a last minute trip to the beach and we sure lucked out with this place. The location was absolutely perfect and had easy parking. The layout of the house was exactly what my wife and I were looking for with our two young kids. And the host was very responsive during our stay. We will definitely be reaching out to book another stay here!

The place was very cute, we met the neighbors when we moved in who were all kind. The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. Couldn't have picked a better street to stay on!
