The first floor also has it's own full bath as well as a small living area with a queen pyramid bunk bed that can sleep 2 comfortably. Included in the first floor living are a large flat screen TV, board games as well as access to the free washer and dryer. On the top floor you will find the large primary bedroom complete with king size bed and flat screen TV. Your other family can be found just down the hall in the kids bungalow with a pair of pyramid bunkbeds that can sleep up to 3 kids each. The kids bungalow includes a flat screen TV, Play station 3 and DVD player. Your group can get together on the middle floor in the fully stocked kitchen includes coffee maker and coffee grinder, ice cream maker, air fryer and food processor. The kitchen table has seating for 10. In the living room there is a large comfy sectional couch facing a 60 flat screen in living room with cable, DVD player and DVD library. Free Washer and dryer in the basement. Off of the kitchen is a large deck with soft cushioned chairs, dining table for 6 and umbrella. Beach club has outdoor pool, basketball and tennis courts, pickle ball, gym, billiards room, card room, and steam room. Tennis club a short distance away at Sea Colony. Bookings are for Saturdsy to Saturday rentals.Beach towels, beach cart and chairs are provided. We provide mattress covers, pillows, blanket, and comforter/quilts. You will need to bring sheets and bath towels. We have contact information for sheet/towel rental if needed, the company will drop off and pick up at the house. Bethany Beach boardwalk and beach is 1 1/2 miles from home. Can drive to Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, Assateague and Chincoteague. Beach shuttle is expected to run this summer on weekends.
