Stayed Aug 11, 2025We had a very nice stay. Very good communication from the owner. There were plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. The location was wonderful. It was quiet and laid back but was an easy walk to restaurants, shops, ice cream, and most importantly a wonderfully short walk to the beach. You have to cross one main street but there is a crosswalk so it is easy. It was a pain having to bring our own towels, sheets, etc. but it seems all of the rentals in the area require you to provide your own. We do plan to go back next year and if it is available, would stay here again.

Stayed Aug 9, 2024The location was great owner was very responsive in communication. Quiet residential street on the bay. We crossed one street to get to the beach. It was a main road but there is a crosswalk and light so it made it easy. We could easily walk a few blocks to be in all the action of the bars and restaurants.

Stayed Jul 24, 2023We enjoyed our stay here as a group including two teens, parents and grandparents. Plenty of room for everyone, well-maintained home in a great location. Walk to the beach was easy. Communication was excellent throughout!

Stayed Jun 20, 2022Lou was great and attentive - texting him was easy and we were able to reach out thruout our stay with any questions that came up. Location is great - its a short walk to the beach and in a quiet location with lots of parking (we had three cars). Its a short drive to the boardwalk which didnt bother us. Overall our stay was great - thanks Lou!
