Wonderful stay!

Everything stood out, creative decor, welcoming information, everything in perfect condition, sparkling clean and ready for our happy stay.

This is one of the most well appointed and intuitive properties that I've ever stayed at. Every single thing you need is there. The flow and style is perfect. Light and bright all throughout. The pool was perfect!

We couldn’t have been happier. The communication with Lyn was great. The house was beyond immaculate, so many little details that made it a great experience. We know where we are staying at when we go back to Delaware

This house was wonderful for our annual family vacation. Things that really stood out for us was the extra towels and paper products that were provided, and the stand alone ice machine in the kitchen. We had many little ones with us so the pool was a big plus for the days we didn't make it to the beach. Lyn was always responsive and helpful when it came to our booking and stay. The location was ideal as downtown was still in walking distance and the beach wasn't too far. Would definitely recommend this house for larger groups!

Amazing house and location. First floor bed/bath was perfect for my parents (84 and 88 yrs old). The other four adults had their own bed and bath on the second floor. We enjoyed the pool. Entire process was seamless and easy. Would definitely come back.

The house was fabulous. We have stayed here before and enjoyed it, but the addition made it even better. The 2 pm check in is wonderful, and Lyn is EXTREMELY responsive to any issues we have. Wonderful week!

My family included 3 adult children ,1 very pregnant spouse, 18 month boy, 10 year old and 8 year old special needs boy. We all had a blast! The comfortable bedrooms, multiple bathrooms and the long dining table that also held a 1000 piece puzzle. Plenty of comfortable and attractive furniture. The kitchen was exceptional and filled with everything you would need which was good since we ate most our meals there. The pool was loved by all. Beautiful house in quiet tree lined neighborhood.Not too far from a nice, uncrowded beach. We will return if we can afford this Spectacular house.

Great house and location for a family vacation at the beach. 3 blocks from the beach, around the corner from a wonderful local fresh produce/sandwich shop, and a short 5 minute drive from downtown Rehoboth (boardwalk and great restaurants). House has everything you need for the week - we’ll be back!

The house was wonderful! Loved the downstairs bedroom with sliding glass doors to the outside, so I could slip out to the beach for the sunrise. The kids and adults adored the heated pool! Loved that the beach and Starboard Restaurant / Shoips were within walking distance to the beach. Everyone loved the Boardwalk, and the beach was family friendly. Our only problem was the house wasn't toddler friendly. One of the little guys took a tumble down the stairs when we arrived, and my daughter immediately went to Walmart for baby gates and child proofing items (plug protectors, cabinet locks). We had to move the furniture to block the kitchen doors to the pool also. Just thought it would be something future families with small children should be aware of so they can pack accordingly. Otherwise we enjoyed our visit very much, and the place was amazing!! Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at the house for our annual family vacation. The house had everything you could have needed and we felt right at home. We loved the location to the beach and it was only a short walk to the main strip in Dewey.

This home was so beautiful and clean. The location is unbeatable as it is steps away from the beach and many restaurant's! Lyn made the check in and check out process so easy and she was always quick to reply. I recommend staying in this house and i will definitely be back!
