Stayed Jul 21, 2025We have stayed at The Residences several times because it’s the perfect set-up for a family with two teenagers (their own bathroom being key!). It’s clean, we enjoy the pool and the location is great—easy walk to the beac and bay. We had a poolside room this year, which I wouldn’t do again, only because I enjoy the view of the bay. If my children were younger the poolside room would’ve been great.

Stayed May 22, 2025I would definitely stay here again. Super clean and conveniently located. Only downside is the music from the deck of the Lighthouse.

Stayed May 5, 2023We enjoyed our stay and this unit and would go back again. We have stayed in that complex before and this is a great unit. It is on the pool level and has an exit directly to the pool. The unit and its furniture are in good shape. The owner could do a little better on the small things - the coffee filters are the wrong ones for the machine, the bath towel are past their prime and are pretty rough, and mainly, the blinds in the main bedroom do not block enough sun.

Stayed Jul 5, 2022The condo was great! Very clean, nicely updated, and comfy master bed. Pool was right outside our patio door. One block to the beach. We are not partiers but if you are this would be good for you too since there’s a lot of bars around.
