Three Level Townhouse with Beautiful Ocean Views

With a northeastern occurring all around us, it was safe but we could still watch the storm and its effect. It is beautiful with room for everyone but still being able to be together and enjoy each other’s company.

My family of three generations had a wonderful vacation thanks to this beautiful property. Everyday I would wake up and smile at seeing the blue ocean out my window and from the deck where I enjoyed my coffee. The living room was so spacious that all of us could crowd around to play games or watch TV. Mostly, though, we were able to walk to all our favorite Dewey Beach restaurants or spend hours on the beach. It took minutes to walk back to the house to grab a drink or whatever we needed. The beds were all super comfy, with lots of outlets for our electronics, plus closets and drawers to make an extended stay like home. The kitchen had every supply needed and if we cooked (which we didn't much), you could work in there together. There are three stories of steps, but they didn't pose any problems for us. We loved hanging out on the deck watching the beachgoers stroll by. It was near the Lifeguard station which was reassuring since we had two well-behaved, beach loving five year olds visiting. Lots of bathrooms, so no one had to wait or they could use the outdoor shower. Lots of beach chairs and toys too. We loved it so much, we are booking it again next summer and hopefully this fall too. Beatiful, clean home with all the amenities! Just steps from the beach access. So many great restaurants within blocks of the house. This was by far the best beach trip we’ve had! Would definitely stay here Austin!

We had a great stay. Chris was a great communicator and was very responsive. The place was neat and comfortable and very convenient to the beach.

We had a wonderful time at this house. The porches were awesome for eating outside and seeing the ocean. Neighborhood was quiet. The location is feet away from the beach, which made coming home for lunch easy. We will definitely be back!!

We had a great stay at this beach property. A short walk to the beach (not even half of an block) and the house was fully equipped for us to use for the week. Highly recommend and will come back again.

The property is in a great location and just a short walk from numerous places. The house was clean and well stocked when we arrived. The check-in process was easy as well.
