Stunning Home w/ Pool! 10BR/9.5BA, Sleeps 22

Very clean, well outfitted large home great for large families. We cooked our Thanksgiving meal here and were pleasantly surprised with how well equipped the kitchen was. Would love to return to the home in season to experience the great back yard and proximity to beach.

Wonderful stay! Beautiful house, with so many master bedrooms! Walked to the beach every day, and swam in the pool every night.

It was very nice. We had a great time. Great location.

This home has it all for large groups! The house itself is stunning on every floor. Beautiful screened in patio, and lots of space. Very clean and kitchen was stocked.

Was a great property

We booked this trip for our family to celebrate my parents’ 46th wedding anniversary together. The house comfortably fit our family of 20 - 6 children, 2 teens, and 12 adults. Ahead of the trip an extensive email was sent with plenty of information relating to our stay and the property manager was extremely responsive with regard to any questions that came up during our trip. For November, the weather was nice and mild and we were able to enjoy the heated pool during the day and the screened in porch with heaters in the evenings. We will absolutely be returning to this property in the future!

We were thoroughly impressed with the amazing communication leading up to our stay. However, when we walked into the house, we were blown away to say the least. Every detail in every space was perfect and beautiful. We were able to have the entire family there (4 seperate families) and not feel cramped at all! Our mom's 90th birthday weekend was amazing in large part to the perfect property where we spent the weekend.

The design and decor of the home was immaculate. Brand new and very clean in a great location.

The property was very well equipped for our entire family ranging from 3-84 years of age, along with our dog. It was perfect because it had a pool, and was close to the beach. It was also biking/walking distance to the boardwalk. For those that wanted to shop there were plenty of outlet stores close by.

This house is truly beautiful and easily accommodates large groups. We had 14 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was wonderful for little kids, and the ocean is just down the street. Marcia is a great owner, and the reservation and check-in process is very capably managed by Jordan who was extremely responsive and professional. Cannot recommend this house highly enough.

We had our extended family stay here as a transition from 20+ years in the Outer Banks. One of the only houses with a pool to accommodate our group in the area. We loved every minute of our stay. The house was clean, equipped, even had some of the items we as guests needed to provide there as well. There were two washer dryers to keep the clean suit and towels coming too which was nice to keep up with the 8 kids we had!! It was close to Dewey and Rehoboth which made it nice for variety of boardwalk activities and dinners. The pool was incredible for the kids, clean and such a great thing to have. Thanks to Marcia and Rich for welcoming us to their home- we’ll 100% be back!!

My family and extended family had a wonderful week in this large, spacious North Dewey Beach home. From cleanliness to decor, it was a beautiful home top to bottom. The large open gourmet kitchen, living and dining area on the main floor was perfect for our large family gatherings. The pool was a bonus for the after beach afternoons. The property was in a great location and only 2 short blocks to the beach and also next door to a lovely fresh market. The owner was very responsive to any questions and issues we had and took care of it immediately. It really was a perfect home for our holiday week!

Beautiful large Dewey Beach home! Perfect set up with open kitchen, lots of space to spread out. Short 2 1/2 blocks to beach and across from Fifer’s market. Pool was perfect for after beach and littles. Favorite was huge dining room table that lets us enjoy fabulous family dinners together! Had a few bumps that were addressed and construction noise next door, but didn’t deter us from a great week!

We all enjoyed our week at this home. It was beautiful and comfortably fit all of us. There was an issue with the hot water on the third floor which the owner and property manager worked diligently to correct.
