Water Views, Central Location, and Dogs STAY FREE!

It was my wedding weekend, and kelly treated us like we were family! She was thoroughly thoughtful, went to great lengths for us to feel safe during inclement weather, extremely pet-friendly, and kept an open line for questions and/or recommendations to make our stay better in every way! My new wife and i hope to be back annually, so long as our host will have us. 6 stars out of 5!

The perfect place to stay at the beach. Really close to the water and yet in a quiet area in spite of being close to everything! The house is very clean and well stocked, careful instructions for things like WiFi and remote controls plus info on things to do. We enjoyed trying out the air fryer. So comfy for us and our dogs and the host was so kind and responsive! We will definitely be back!

It was perfect for our family and golden retriever. Close to everything and is larger than it looked online. The host was super easy to work with.

Absolutely fabulous place, location, host, views, etc! Even better than the pictures - super cute beach decor, open concept main floor with a great balcony, fully stocked kitchen, and spacious/clean/comfy bedrooms and bathrooms. Host is super friendly and very responsive. Will 100% stay here again, and recommend to anyone.

We had an amazing time during our stay in Dewey at Kim and Kelly’s! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to everything, yet peaceful enough to relax. The town itself is charming, full of personality, and offers a great mix of fun and relaxation. Whether you’re into beach days, live music, or just strolling around, there's something for everyone.One of the best parts? It’s incredibly dog-friendly! Our pups felt right at home and loved exploring the area just as much as we did. The neighbors were also fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and really added to the laid-back vibe of the trip.The house was beautiful, decorated with a perfect beachy touch that made it feel warm and inviting. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun, pet-friendly getaway with a great mix of charm and entertainment ! We had a great stay at this location. Walking distance to the beach, coffee shops, and many restaurants. We had 4 adult couples, each had their own bed/bedroom, but shared bathrooms. Had a wonderful stay; would definitely recommend!

Perfect Dewey rental, wonderful accommodation in a great location. Host is super helpful. This is our second stay here and won't be our last.

The property was exactly as advertised. Very clean, very spacious, and very close to everything. We had 2 families stay here with a total of 4 adults, 5 kids, and 1 dog. Everyone had a great time. We were able to check in a little earlier which was very much appreciated considering how hot it was and we had limited places to go with our dog while we waited.

We stayed here for a Sunday-Wednesday trip. Our group was two couples with one 5 year old, two 2 year olds and an infant. We found the place to be exactly we needed. The rooms fit both families comfortably, with both two year olds having their own bedrooms and easily fit a pack and play/crib. The place was very kid friendly as well and “safe” for them to explore. The location is very nice, a 5 minute walk to the beach and of course a 3 minute walk to any of the hot spots. Check in was seamless and Kelly let us in an hour early, which is appreciated with little ones. Check out was great too. Kelly let us know we could stay until 5 if we wanted to, which made a huge difference in our day…we were able to go to the Starboard for breakfast and then were able to go back to the beach for an hour before leaving, and those things made a huge difference before a 6.5 hour drive home with little ones. For two families with younger kids this place is a dream. The cost is reasonable, location great and owners are wonderful to deal with. I would definitely rent this place again!

Great Condo!!! Everything we were looking for to relax and have fun!! All the comforts of home are included Perfect location between ocean and bay. Condo is Super clean with plenty of bed space, the large area on main floor with balcony is so relaxing. Kellyann is very quick to respond to any questions and/or requests!! I would definitely book again

We came down from Upstate NY for the Golden Retriever Jubilee Fall Event on Dewey Beach. The property location on the bay was within a short walking distance of the beach as well as great restaurants and entertainment. Fantastic weekend, very nice property. 😎

This house was perfect for our family weekend - great location, well supplied, super comfortable. It was just as described in the listing. We particularly appreciated the availability of beach equipment, even beach towels, which saved us a lot of packing. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Great place. One bedroom had bed on stilts and was unusable for us. Recommend clearing much of owners’ stuff so there is more room for guest items.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect, center of Dewey. We had a large group and 2 dogs. Owner was beyond accomodating, she went way beyond to help us out. Can't thank her enough for a wonderful stay.

The condo was nice and in a great location. Super close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We didn’t have to get back in our cars until it was time to leave. The outdoor shower and beach chairs/toys were a great addition. Kelly was kind, helpful and accommodating.
