Ocean Side 3 Bedroom - Steps to Beach - Screened in Porch & Deck!

The house was perfect for our family of five - grandparents, parents and toddler, plus our two beagles. We really appreciated the proximity to the beach and the beach provisions - chairs, umbrella, toys and wagon. The accommodations were very comfortable and the house was close to everything that Dewey offers. Thanks for a great stay!

The house is beautiful and close to the beach. Abundant kitchen supplies for cooking or eating in, and also tons of beach supplies (chairs, wagons, buckets/pails). Family friendly, the only items we didn't think to bring that would have been helpful were kitchen towels, hand towels for the bathroom, and extra trash bags.

My family stayed for one week. There was a mix up at the beginning. There was a leak in the ceiling which understandably had to be fixed. We were told that there may be painters in the house when we arrived. I appreciated the warning, but the message was written after check in time. It would have been nice to have more of a heads up. The painters didn’t cover any of the furniture and left dust all over the place. I cleaned the furniture and two floors upon arrival. The owner was apologetic and did provide a small refund for the inconvenience. Some of the doors either didn’t close all the way or were very difficult to close and secure. Although not a huge issue, it made the temperature difficult to regulate. The location was great. We had a two minute walk to the beach. It was right in downtown Dewey.

This was our fourth time at this house. We love the house and we love the location. We’re going to set things up to do it again next year!The owners are great and very accommodating.I would recommend this place to everyone.

The location of this house cannot be any better in Dewey! Beach block, views of the ocean from the 2nd floor deck, screened porch and walkable to all the hot spots in Dewey! Highly recommend this home to other renters.

We had an incredible time at Dewey Beach and loved the location and amenities of this house! Plenty of room for a family of four. We would love to come back and stay another week for many summers to come! I'd recommend Vrbo add a payment reminder alert for second payments due after you have rented through their site. My second payment was delayed to the property owner and where I accept the bulk of that responsibility, I was anticipating a reminder from Vrbo of when payment was due; given I received numerous emails stating my vacation was upcoming. .

Great house, perfect location!

Our family loved staying at this beach house in Dewey. It’s the perfect location - walking distance to both the beach and all of the restaurants. The screened in porch and the rooftop deck were very nice amenities. Very good communication with the owner.

Overall the house was great. It was very easy to communicate with the owner. The location is amazing and there are very nice neighbors. The outdoor shower was helpful for removing sand. The beds in one of the rooms were smaller than advertised, but overall, we had a really good stay
