Adjacent to the Windsor Golf Club and close to shopping and restaurants. Please note that some resort amenities may be closed due to Covid. Also please inquire regarding additional dates not listed on my calendar. I might still be able to book them for you.brThe spacebrYou will find a private bathroom off the master bedroom, along with another bathroom in the unit available for guests staying in the second bedroom or the living area, which features a deluxe Murphy bed. The full kitchen is complete with stove and oven, full fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, cookware, dishes, glasses, cups, and even some spices. The dining area will accommodate up to six people at the table. There is a TV in both bedrooms and the living area, and a private deck or patio with a gas barbecue grill accessible off the living area. The resort also offers movies on DVD available for rent at the front desk.brGuest accessbrYou will have exclusive use of the entire two bedroom condo while staying at the resort. Windsor is located about an hour north of San Franscico. There you can enjoy all the sights without having to pay high city prices to stay there. Located in east Windsor is Foothill Regional Park. This wilderness park is located in the foothills of Sonoma County's Mayacamas Mountains and features nearly 7 miles of trails for hiking, biking, and horseback riding. Healdsburg, California is located 10 minutes north of Windsor and has a diverse array of fun things to enjoy as well. brbrThe resort features a nice deck or patio. The outdoor pools and spa are heated and open year-round. A Children's pool and play area are conveniently located. Movie rentals are available as well. The resort has limited parking therefore they cannot accept RV’s. Many local activities are available to be enjoyed year-round. brbrWorldmark are the nicest units of any resort or hotel in town. There are many different types of units and dates available. All units are frequently refurbished and modernized. The buildings all have elevators. brbrEnjoy all Windsor and the surrounding area has to offer, then retreat to your fabulous condo. Even though daily housekeeping and room service are not available, a full kitchen with basic necessity’s is. Linens and towels are also provided. Check-in is 5 P.M. plus or minus an hour. Checkout is 10 A.M. br brRooms are assigned at check-in, and no substitutions from your original reservation are allowed. All bookings are done through the owner and not the resort so they cannot extend your stay or refund for leaving early. brbrWyndham does run your credit card at check-in for a $250 security deposit. It is refundable after check-out if there are no damages or charges. This usually takes up to 5 business days to process. brbrOccupancy of is strictly enforced at resort and Wyndham counts all persons regardless of age as a guest, including infants. If you plan to have guests visit you during your stay, be sure to ask the front desk if that is allowed. brbrIt is suggested that you obtain Travel Insurance through a reputable agency.
