There cannot be ANY noise after 10pm. br → Noise - This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood therefore excessive noise is not well tolerated at any time of the day. br → Parking - We can only have the number of cars on the property that we are permitted for. Street parking, parking in the front yard or on the dirt is not allowed at rentals. Vehicles will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.br → Trash - Trash can never be left outside. All trash must be bagged up neatly and placed into the bear box next to the driveway or HOA provided dumpster. If the bear box is full, please contact us for a trash pick up. Failure to properly store trash will result in a $250 clean up fee. br → Events - We cannot host weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties or other large gatherings at our home.br***Failure to abide by the above ordinance will result in an automatic charge of $2,000 to cover fines from the county. If someone in your party smokes, please have them do so off the property lines and dispose of their butts appropriately. brbrDAMAGE. We have a ‘you break, you buy’ policy when it comes to damage. We will do a detailed inspection after you check-out to check for new damage. If you notice damage from a previous guest or if damage occurs during your stay, please report it to us right away. Attempting to conceal or failing to report damage, will automatically result in being charged for the replacement or repair. brbrHIGH FIRE DANGER. Tahoe is under high fire danger year round. When renting someone else’s home, issues can arise that are out of our control. We do a detailed inspection before your arrival to ensure it’s clean and all amenities are functioning but despite our best efforts, sometimes things still happen. We ask that you communicate all issues as soon as they happen so we may be given the opportunity to rectify them. brbrFRAUDULANT CLAIMS. We believe in running an honest business and expect our guests to have the same mentality. Falsifying or embellishing home issues with the intention of receiving money back is something we will not tolerate. brbrCANCELLATIONS.
