This was a beautiful place to stay and make wonderful memories with our family. The Host was so very kind and helpful with any need we had. This property is absolutely gorgeous! Nice, clean house on the lake, with lots of room. Barrett was absolutely wonderful- we were traveling with two little kids and she set up the pack and plays and had baby stuff such as high chair and toys readily available. Any questions we had, she answered immediately. We loved staying at this house and would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent stay at this South Lake Tahoe home and would absolutely come back. The house was perfect for our group — plenty of rooms, lots of space to spread out, and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable trip.The location was ideal, close to everything we wanted to do, but still felt like a relaxing place to come back to after long days riding. The hot tub was a huge bonus and definitely one of our favorite parts of the stay — perfect for winding down after being out on the motorcycles all day.What really made the experience stand out was our host. She was incredibly responsive, funny, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. That kind of hospitality makes a big difference, and it made the trip even better.We were there on a guys motorcycle trip, and this place worked out great for our group. If you’re traveling with a larger group and looking for a comfortable, well-equipped place in South Lake Tahoe, we’d definitely recommend it.

We had a terrific stay at this lovely home. Owner was very helpful and the home is completely decked out for a great beach vacation in the lake. It lacks nothing.

I have to tell all looking for a stunning cabin/house in SLTThis is it! 10 of my lady friends experienced the most relaxing, beautiful and magical time of our lives. You could look out the window in one direction and you would see the snowy mountains and the other view, in walking distance is of the lake and beach. The interior was as gorgeous as the exterior. The hot tub was a winner and a fabulous place to rejuvenate or unwind. Large family room was a place for am coffee, pm cocktails and playing games. The kitchen was a bonus area and FULLY STOCKED with everything one would need for cooking their family meals. The owner, Barrett even came and checked on our arrival to make sure all was good and there were no problems that we might have encountered. Can't wait to stay here again soon. Lovely home. Suited all of us adults and a toddler. Plenty of games and activities. Very close to all amenities in the area. Kitchen very well equipped, updated and functional. Close to park and walking trail.Definitely plan to return.

The home is beautiful and well appointed. The beds need to be refreshed. Most of the mattresses were not comfortable and the one in the garden room squeaked when you move. Also, I purchased the homeowner recommended insurance, but was still charged 45 for the outdoor solar light that I bumped when getting out of the car. The light has a plastic base and hangs into the walkway. Not sure what the purpose of the 60 insurance was….

Our family vacation was fantastic thanks to our fantastic host. Barrett and Jonathan were quick to respond to anything we needed. This home is absolutely amazing. The most beautiful view of the lake right on Regan Beach and so close to the slopes. We will definitely be renting here again.

The house was perfect for our annual snowboard trip. Amazing views, all amenities needed, and labels everywhere to help identify just about everything. Barrett is a great host, and I would love to return here one day.

This property was fantastic! We had a group of 10 for a long ski weekend. The house had plenty of space for everyone and had everything you need for a getaway. It was well stocked and very comfortable. The views of the lake were amazing and the location was ideal with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Tahoe. Thank you for a wonderful weekend and memories!

We LOVED our stay at Lakeview House. The kids loved the sledding hill - we were blessed with snow, loved the park next to the house and especially loved the game room. House was nice and warm, kitchen had most everything you need to make breakfast and dinner. Allloved the hot tub after a day of snow play or skiing. The best part - just enjoying the expansive view of Lake Tahoe! Lots of games for family and kids, variety of vacuums to pick up after the kids. We took the kids to Heavenly to ski or board, went to Tipsy Putt for an afternoon of mini golf, visited a couple of arcades, attended a great ice hockey game, adults went wine tasting and we all had a great time! Want to come back in the summer!!

The house was wonderful. Well stocked. Decorated for Christmas and even included some gifts for the little ones traveling far from home. The host was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed

I can’t recommend this home highly enough! The family friendly home has a warm, welcoming feeling and was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The setting on the lake is great; the level back yard and nearby park were great play areas for my toddler granddaughter; the kitchen is well-equipped and stocked with everything one could need, and there’s a variety of games for all ages. Each theme-decorated bedroom is spacious and comfortable. The host accommodated our needs and was even so generous as to provide gifts from Santa for our 3 younger grandchildren. We would definitely return to this location. Thank you for the opportunity to rent your home.

This house was the perfect way to experience Lake Tahoe! Very well equipped house with a truly amazing view. Right in town, but right on the lake. The owner was very responsive and helpful. My family would 100% rebook if we ever return to Tahoe!

Fantastic place to day with stunning views of Lake Tahoe. Was a lovely touch having some simple provisions provided making our late arrival that bit more comfortable. House has discrete small labels/signs to make finding items and using facilities so easy. Host checked in with hire the stay had gone as well as clear and prompt correspondence prior to our arrival. House enhanced a fantastic trip to South Lake Travis - just wished we could have stayed longer.

We found Barrett's home last year & knew it was the perfect home to return to for our annual Super Bowl weekend trip , we have been doing this trip for over 25 years. The home is clean, & large enough for a big group but cozy. The views of the lake are outstanding , the location can't be beat, walking distance to coffee, restaurants, bars, & walking paths along the lake. The casinos are a short drive, as is Heavenly ski resort. The kitchen is well equipped, there are board games & an ottoman full of blankets & a fireplace for chilly nights We had 1 issue & Barrett was there first thing in the morning to address it, she is friendly & acccomdating & cares about the guest experience, her assistant Jonathan lives nearby & is available if anything is needed. each bedroom is comfortable & clean. We appreciate the owners attention to detail & will be returning next year!

The house is perfectly equipped for entertainment. There was a plethora of board games, cards, and even foosball and pool! We were never bored, every person was always occupied with an activity in the house. The location was more than ideal. We could walk to the beach, or take a short ride to the casinos, shopping and skiing. The backyard was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe with mountains in the background. The highlight of the week was sitting in the hot tub with this breathtaking scenery. The rooms were comfortable, clean, had plenty of pillows and blankets! The primary bedroom had a wonderful bathroom, with a huge bathtub! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for a great stay; coffee, laundry detergent, towels, and more. Everything was well labeled so we always knew what light switch we were using or what thermostat we were adjusting. Our family truly enjoyed our stay here!

I booked this as a family getaway to celebrate my dad's 92 birthday. The location is unbeatable and the views fantastic. It was wonderful to wake up to the beautiful lake views every morning. The house was very comfortable, and we felt like home but better. Our host was helpful and responsive. Would defintely stay here again. Thank you!!

Very nice property, with lots of things to do with all the pieces needed. Paddle boards, kayaks, fire pit. Quiet street close to all amenities.
