It's the perfect home base from which to visit Southern California. brbrThis condo is not just a rental property, it is our second home and is exceptionally well-stocked with small appliances in the kitchen (blenders, mixer, etc.), spices, and other supplies. The day bed in the guest room can be made into a short king and there is both twin and king bedding.brbrIn addition to Spectrum cable provided by our HOA, we also have YouTube TV and Britbox.brbrWe have a car in the garage, but there is ample unassigned parking immediately outside the condo. There is sports equipment in the garage for basketball, tennis and pickleball. There is room in the garage to park bicycles should you wish to bring yours. The building is gated and has an elevator. brbrREVIEWS:brAs we are a new listing, we don't yet have many reviews, but here are a few things guests said about their stays in our Palm Springs condo that we listed on VRBO for 10 years = 4.9/5. (we moved much of our furnishings from there to Oaks North):brbrWow, wow, and wow! Almost reluctant to leave such a glowing review as we'd like to keep this find to ourselves! But...this is a fabulous vacation rental. Beautifully updated, stylish decor, super comfortable bed in the master, and everything you need for your stay. I do mean everything...from wine glasses and cooking utensils and fluffy towels to books to read by the pool! Very clean.brbrVery well maintained and updated. Communication with Joy was excellent. She emailed us a document containing all we needed to know and there was a basket of travel brochures available to peruse when we arrived. The condo was well stocked with staples that really was appreciated. Linens were lovely. All we could have asked for and more. brbrThis is our second stay at El Mirador. This unit is exactly as described and it’s absolutely beautiful with extremely comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a wonderful living area with TV and a great deck. The owner, Joy, is always available and very responsive.
