The property is situated on 5 acres, and includes a tennis court and a bocce ball court with plenty of patio furniture to host a beautiful outdoor lunch or host sundowner cocktails. brbr1 king and 3 queen beds, a beautiful A-Frame living room, and two family rooms to relax, watch movies and play games in. The downstairs family room is set up as a movie theater, a perfect retreat for you and your kids (with a queen bed). Downstairs bar room opens up to a patio for outdoor dining and great sports bar feel with a foosball table (more info below). brbrFamilies: There is a pack-and-play as well as a full sized fold up crib. Lots of toys and books for kids.brbrThere are 2.5 bathrooms: 1 full bath on the main level, one upstairs in the main bedroom suite area, and a half bath downstairs. brbrThe downstairs area is set up for you and your family to hang out!
