If your group has more than 4 adults the space will be tight. brbr*Absolutely no parties. We live close by and do not tolerate parties or groups that are loud past 10PM.brbr*Our house is across the street from the train tracks. This train runs along the whole coast of San Diego`s North County. There is a station a mile and a half away from the house which provides convenient access to San Diego`s downtown area, various other beach towns, and even Los Angeles. For very light sleepers, this could be an issue because the horns are loud, however, all coastal properties in North County are close to these tracks.br-Quiet time after 10 PM. PLEASE be respectful of our neighbors! No music or excessive noise after 10pm!br-Smoking is prohibited in the home, and on the patios. If you smoke, that`s fine, but it must be done in the alley so it does not bother neighbors.br-If you are a young group (18-21), please inquire first.
