The house is three short blocks from Abbot Kinney Blvd and has an off-street parking spot in the driveway. We offer 5 bedrooms, including the TV room with a fold out couch (turns into a full bed), 3 full bathrooms and a spectacular roof deck. There is high speed Wifi, a gourmet chef's kitchen with Viking, Meile and SubZero appliances, and the location is the safest and quietest in Venice, located in the Walk Streets, west of Lincoln Blvd.brbrWe are full-time Super Hosts & we do everything we can to prepare our home so that each guest has a wonderful, relaxing stay. No expense has been spared and the entire home has been completely remodeled in 2024. brOne Note: The 5th bedroom is accessed from the 2nd floor via a spiral staircase w/ a private deck. It's a third floor private suite, with it's own deck, and you have to go outside and up the spiral staircase to get there. brbrbrThe HousebrbrTwo decks - one off of the kitchen and dining room and and one on the 3rd floor with views of Venice.
