Welcome to Winter!
We're looking forward to hosting you in 2026 - so many fun events happening in L.A. in the coming year!

Our historic bungalow community just turned 101 years old and we are still going strong.

What you should know:

#1 - this is a small, historic, 1924 bungalow.
Our one bedroom has a queen bed that sleeps two.
The other beds are foldout chairs and a foldout couch. There is also a queen-sized blow up bed.

The space is perfect for two people, super cozy for four. If you're a family with more than 4 people, please message us because we may be able to accommodate you.

We have a full kitchen with a washer & dryer out back.

#2 - parking is street parking. Best way to get around is Uber/Lyft or walking. If you do have a vehicle, you can park on the street, it's a pretty safe neighborhood. Just be sure to read ALL the posted parking signs.

We have visitor parking passes available for a small fee. Please let us know if you want to use a pass during your stay.

The host was delightful! She reached out with all the pertinent information before we arrived and continued to stay accessible throughout the weekend. The bungalow was just as described..very cute, very comfortable, very convenient, and surprisingly very quiet.

Loved our stay. The bungalow was ideally located for activities on Hollywood Boulevard, was within walking distance of cafes for the morning, and with easy parking a great hub for activities all over the area.

This home was absolutely perfect for our stay in LA. We came in for a wedding and had 4 kids with us (12, 9, 2, and 2 months), and I can't express enough how much we appreciated having such a cute, peaceful home base during our stay. The neighbors were so very kind, the community itself peaceful and relaxing, and the home lovely and full of everything we needed. We'll be visiting LA more in the future and hope this home will stay available for our visits! You will not regret choosing this bungalow for your stay ❤️

Very cute and lovely little bungalow! It’s also super convenient location in Hollywood for tourists. The place is next to a busy street with only limited hours for street parking options but can ask for a permit from the host. The bungalow is located a few houses in, which insulates it from the street noise. The neighborhood is also decent and we felt right at home. Mary was also super responsive and helpful and her instructions were easy to follow.

The host left us a bag of welcome goodies which was very much appreciated. We were also able to arrive early after a long flight. This gorgeous eclectic property was great for its location. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

This was a cute little bungalow in a great location. I’d not recommend staying as a family of 5 as it’s a bit small for that and the beds in the lounge room aren’t the most comfortable. I loved the gorgeous gardens along the path as you walk up to the bungalow! Unfortunately we had our car towed whilst staying here as the street was having a parade the day after we arrived. We had bought the car parking permit and we were told by the owner that we could park there. So it has cost us a lot of money to stay at this property. We are still seeking reimbursement but not getting any response from the owner. Which is a shame as the owner was very responsive and easy to deal with up until this point. If it hadn’t been for these issues I’d recommend for a couple to stay at this location.

Lovely place to stay. The bungalow was a charming and quaint. The house had everything that we needed. The location was great. We walked to the walk of fame and to paramount studios. It is a short drive from Universal. Found lots of good places to eat nearby. Communication was clear from the host. We had no issues checking in or finding it.

As the description points out, overnight parking takes a little planning, but it all works out. The bungalow was just as promised. Clean and nicely appointed (I loved that it had a junk drawer just like home). Many venues were an easy walk. Hope we can stay there again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming little bungalow in Hollywood, CA, during my visit to Universal Studios, and I can't recommend it enough! This cozy retreat provided everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. Location, Location, Location! One of the standout features of this bungalow is its fantastic location. Being so close to Universal Studios was incredibly convenient, allowing us to make the most of our visit without spending much time commuting. Additionally, the property is within walking distance of the Hollywood Walk of Fame, making it easy to immerse ourselves in the iconic Hollywood experience. A Step Back in Time From the moment I stepped onto the property, I felt like I had traveled back in time. The nostalgic charm of the bungalow, combined with its quaint and cozy ambiance, made it a truly unique place to stay. The beautiful garden walk leading up to the bungalow was a delightful bonus, offering a peaceful and picturesque setting that enhanced the overall experience. Exceptional Service, A Hidden Treasure The bungalow was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is the perfect quiet getaway at a reasonable cost. The sense of tranquility and the feeling of stepping into a different era made our stay truly special. It's a hidden treasure in a bustling city, offering a serene escape while still being close to all the action.
