A newly installed private air conditioning unit is available, with the A/C pipe securely duct-taped to the shower wall for optimal functionality. The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, a hair dryer, fresh towels, and toilet paper for the tenant. brbrFor sleeping arrangements, there is a queen-sized mattress adorned with freshly washed linens, comfortably accommodating two people.
