Let me know if I can help!brbrbrbrOther Things to Note:brbrTo keep my nightly rates at a stronger value and to avoid wasteful energy use, the basic rental rate does not include heating the pool and spa (it's already warm in the spring and summer months anyway!). If you do plan to use the pool/spa during your stay and you wish to have them heated, just let me know and I will have it pre-heated before your arrival for an additional fee ($65/night or $400/week) with a minimum two-day charge.brbrPlease inquire about spa-only heating on-demand, happy to discount the heating fee to an hourly rate.brbrbrbr**Pet Fee: $195 per pet, per stay (maximum of two pets allowed). Pets are welcome (up to a maximum of two), but there are some breed restrictions for dogs, so please check with me prior to booking.
