Home has central heat and a/c system. The house has a TV screen with HDMI input and a Roku player that allows to stream online content like Netflix, Youtube etc. You are welcome to bring your laptop or other source of video/movies.brbrThe back deck offers a patio table with 6 chairs and a propane bbq grill.brbrYou are in a community with a golf course, seasonal heated swimming pool (May-October), lake that gets really warm in summer, hiking trails near by, stables with horse rides and much more. Yosemite Park entrance is just 26miles away, but there are many other attractions in proximity.
