It is only a short drive to 72 holes of golf and just quarter mile ride to the new Sugar Creek Trails for world class mountain biking year round. These trails will connect to the Back 40 Trail as well as the Slaughter Pen Trails. Amenities include a five burner Cuisinart Gas Grill as well as a Traeger Grill, pool table and kitchenette in lower level. Easy walk down to the dock from house with just a couple of short sets of stairs. There is also a concrete and stone path from the side. You will also have the use of 2 Paddle Boards 1 Canoe and 1 Paddle Boat free of charge.Beautiful views from two decks to relax after a fun day. All close to Bentonville attractions.
